Absolutely awful place with really unhelpful staff. It seems everything in the hotel is broken including the laundry service, the water and the electricity were both out on one morning of our stay. On arrival we were recommend to use the hostel restaurant, but 90% of the menu was unavailable. The breakfast was terrible and included a plate of crushed...

The swimmingpool is really dirty :( The wifi doesn't work properly, you have to stay in the lobby...

There's a pool, large grounds, and friendly staff. BUT the rooms were pretty sad. The mattresses seemed 100 years old, filthy. Some with ripped covers and some with no covers at all. Rooms are hot and stuffy. You have to put on your own sheets and return them to the counter in order to check out. My room was missing...

Based on the prior good reviews, and the high price (one of the most expensive dorms we've stayed in), I was expecting very good things from Hostel-Inn, but I was a bit let down. As a starter, being provided with a plastic bag of sheets, and being told you have to make your own bed upon arrival, although not difficult,...

I stayed here last year in March 2014 for a couple of nights and from good memory I thought the accommodation was very average. The room was cleanish ... very dark and the bathroom was ok. As it was only a couple of nights I was ok with it but I personally wouldn't want to stay there much longer. The...

Fatima (spelling may be off sorry) was amazing to us from the moment we walked in the door. She helped us plan our weekend and even went the extra mile to make sure we can do everything we wanted to do while in Iguazu. The Hostel Inn itself was your average hostel, but usually very clean.

Kitchen is nice, but very disorganized. Some staff members seem a bit cold. Location is okay. You´ll have to take a bus to go into the city (7 pesos) Rooms aren´t well lit, but everything seems clean enough.

Overall I was satisfied with this hostel because I went to Iguazu to see the falls; not to be comfortable. Would totally recommend it to someone who doesn't care too much about creature comforts but not to a more posh individual. I'm former military, aside from my first world problems, the hostel got the job done and I met some...

Location The location isn't great if you want to go out for dinner in Puerto Iguazu: It takes a 10 to 15 minute bus ride to get to there. The location is great if you plan to spend a relaxing afternoon by the pool. Staff When we arrived here, the staff couldn't find our booking. They found us a spare...

The best things are the garden and the swimming-pool with their own wooden bar. Clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen and acceptable resto. Good vibes in general. The worst: they don't accept credit cards at all. Take cash!! Some of the employees provide the slowliest service I've ever seen. You just have to relax! It is pretty far away of Puerto...
