My husband and I arrived in Mesa in June and stayed here until January 1st. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful. This campground is awesome: very clean, everyone is super nice, tons of activities (even in the hot summer), well maintained pools, workout center, bar, restaurant, ect. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend...

If you want to -be herded through like cattle -be lied to about rates -be a number, not a person -not be able to park rv BECAUSE ROADS AND SLIPS ARE REDICULOUSLY TIGHT -have neighbors FREAKING OUT and RUDE because they're sure you're going to hit the vehicle.... Then by all means, come here.

Tight quarters, but very friendly neighbors. Stayed several days. The front check in desk was not as warm and did not go over what activities, where faculties were located, pretty much take the money, hand you paperwork. Close to shopping. Thought they were pretty pricy for what they offer, even if it was winter season.

Facilities are nice, but I've come here for 5 years and we have friends that have had bikes and other things stolen, even in the daylight hours. Management refuses to address security..they shut you down when you bring it up. Other parks in the area have security cameras at least.

The residents are awesome, great people! Lots of things to do. Facilities are well kept. It seems that most of the activities are run by volunteer's. Free internet (if you standing right under the WIFI pole/antenna). Not much if any for real security, our park model was broken into as well as others. Bikes, golf cart chargers stolen etc. The...

This rv park is wonderfully. Very clean and tidy some smaller sites but most great size. They do up dates each season and lots of amenities. Lots of room to join activities even in January. One of the friendless parks we have been to and we have been to many. Staff are great Try getting the know them. If you...

This is a large RV resort with great facilities and convenient location for necessities e.g. Food, meds. They advertise a fall special basically 4 months for price of 1.5. However what they do not tell you is that there are hardly any activities and getting info from the office and Activity Coordinator is like pulling teeth and sometimes service borders...

We were stopping by for one night to review the park. We have a 40 MH and they placed us in the absolute worst site in the park for accessibility. As we traveled the park later, we found numerous sites that would have been much easier to park in. The facilities were very nice and the manager slashed our rent...

Our experience there last year was superb. The park is clean and quite well laid out for activities. Two pool areas, brand new putting green, hot tubs, pool room, extensive outdoor activities. The bar and grill area are super and the food and music are great. Recommend this resort to anyone wanting to spend some time in the Phoenix area....

Nice amenities. Enjoyed all the pools. Things to do. You can be as active or laid back as you like. I would come again. The wifi is a waste. Won't do anything and reminds me of the old dial up times. Great people. The office help is mostly volunteers. Some help. Some are a hindrance to help. Book early.
