Online it looks amazing, but not some much on location. It’s much better then the Prescott Resort and there’s no entertainment of any sort or continental breakfast. The amenities within the room didn’t match the number within my party and the carpet was so damaged we couldn’t open the lookout balcony doors!

We stayed here for a wedding weekend in Mesa. There was room for family to gather in small groups. The hotel is in a convenient location. It was clean and the staff was great. We always enjoy the cookies. I would stay here again.

Most of this stay was good. Elevators didn’t work, the front desk personnel was not friendly they both seemed annoyed that I walked into the front doors because I interrupted what they were talking about. They never stated that there wasn’t any room service or that the restaurant was only open on the weekends. Just things I needed but didn’t expect to not be there. I could have planned differently or known to even ask before going.

Thank you for taking time to review our stay on Trip Advisor. I wish your stay would have been better. While we never expect our elevators to go down we were able to have one up and running as well opened up the staff elevator for guest use. We are also in the middle of modernizing the elevators one at a time and are looking forward to all brand new and upgraded elevators soon. We have our elevator company repairing the one elevator that was out of order as we speak. I apologize for the way in which the front desk came across and will review your feedback with the team at the front desk for corrective action. Our occupancy during the week, due to the pandemic, are certainly not where they need to be to open up all of the food venues successfully without losing money and we are looking forward to opening up soon as the business traveler starts to travel again and our occupancy increases more consistently throughout the week. Our goal is to get back to normal sooner rather than later. With that being said we have opened up the pool, fitness center, market, breakfast buffet and Starbucks as well as the bar in the evening. Most of our amenities are open and with increased travel we will be able to open up more for our future guests. Bryan Heintz General Manager

Found large cockroaches in my room. When reported to the front desk, I was told cockroaches at this hotel are normal for this time of year. Save your money and book elsewhere, Or like I was advised by the front desk, Since cockroaches are normal for the month of April book a room at this hotel when it is no longer cockroach season

Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. I sincerely apologize for not only what you experienced in your room but the response from the front desk. While every hotel does experience pests from time to time, we work diligently with our pest control company to eliminate any unwanted guests as well have a monthly and weekly schedule with them to ensure these occurrences are taken care of expeditiously and we work hard to prevent this from happening. Thank you for the feedback provided and we will ensure we continue to work with our pest control company to minimize and control. We hope you will provide us another opportunity in the future.
