I made the reservation through hotels.com and rated the check-in process shortly after arrival. Because the front desk clerk did not greet me and did not smile, I rated her, "rude." Within minutes of submitting the feedback, I received a message from that clerk which included my room number. I felt threatened enough not to go out for dinner, lest...

I stayed in few hotels in Mesa and this one is definitely the favorite one. Rooms are always clean and managers are doing great job to keep improving the property - recently upgrading rooms with new TV's with big selection of HD channels. Lcation of the motel is a big plus - several restaurants within walking distance.

Overall impression: Good value for area, friendly & helpful staff; okay if you just need a reasonably priced room with basic amenities Amenities: Wi-fi (no password), minimal breakfast, mini-fridge, chairs, table, etc. Also an outdoor pool (ask for key at front desk) Tips: Best to park under security lights & camera on side of building; If you need in-room microwave,...

This is a hotel that is hidden in plain sight. The staff was wonderful. It was quiet, clean, inexpensive, and conveniently located. Breakfast was a little slim, but most are. I absolutely adore this hotel and the staff. It will forever be my go-to hotel in the Phoenix area.

Was given this room. Had to pay extra for a handicap room and extra for each other person besides self(3 people). Front desk lady extremely rude. Running water, ac, and shelter were a nice change. Personally would never pay to stay here again. Came into hard times and was sleeping in vehicle but some nice people gave me a few...

Proximity to health services is great. Breakfast was the poorest we've experienced. Will look for another motel next time.

The front desk lady was very rude and unprofessional. She personally went to our rooms to harass us. Will never stay there again!
