I come and stay 3 times a week here anf let me tell you that the people here are very friendly, staff is great, front desk are excellent, Shah gives a great customer service. Overall if you're looking to have great time this is the place, the rooms are really clean. Or even if you're on business road trip this is the place to stay.
Traveled to Arizona for a baseball tournament with three other families. Upon arrival we were charged for all nights including deposit. On our way to the car to get luggage, a very young prostitute and old man were leaving the hotel. Shortly after that a suspicious black old model Lincoln that had been parked under a tree on the side of the building drove by us slowly. We also noticed a helicopter circling the hotel area. I wanted to checkout but the other families arrived and decided we could try the hotel out for one night since it was inexpensive. Big Mistake! Upon returning to the hotel at around 8pm the same black old model Lincoln circled around the hotel (I’m assuming was the drug dealer). When we entered the building it was filled with the overwhelming smell of marijuana that followed us into our room. The following morning while logged into work, I could hear someone trying to open my door. My husband and I looked out to see a drugged up man naked from the waste down attempting to open our door. He then turned toward the door directly in front of ours and entered his room after 2-3minutes of trying, all while grabbing at his genitalia. I called the front desk and told manager I couldn’t believe that they allow prostitution, drugs, and now a naked man to be walking around. My husband went to front lobby to talk to manager. He was making excuses for the man being naked saying he had Alzheimer’s when he was clearly drugged. My husband demanded for him to call police. He refused and agreed to refund our money including the three families that traveled with us. This hotel is certainly the worst and most terrifying place I have ever stayed. I have included a picture of the inside(door view) of where the naked man was staying. Absolutely disgusting, red lipstick or red colored something smudged all over pillow case. We also contacted IGH hotels so they could document our experience. We are still waiting for our credit. Thankfully we were able to book a hotel in Chandler near I-10.…
First off there was dog food all over out room floor (no dogs allowed), second the chairs in the room were really stained and dirty. they didn't change out sheets after we told them that one of our kids had an accident. The housekeepers just made the bed as if nothing happened. And when brought up to management, they said oh well you chose to stay here.
My boyfriend and I stayed here as it was close to the airport for our flight next morning. Rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was optional and was fantastic! Social distancing and routine cleaning made me feel so much more relaxed to know that the staff were following guidelines of sanitation and social distancing on the way out Itzel the beautiful lady in the front who Checked us out was so dearly and attended to every one of our needs, she is sweet, kind and super professional about my boyfriend being drunk in the lobby being a little sluggish as we walked to our room and for that I ask you give that girl a raise or I will hire her myself .. I Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. I will be coming back.
Rates for hotels in Phoenix go up and down like yo-yos, depending upon the time of year and weather. You should consider this place if you can get a good rate as it is trying hard to be a little bit better than the competition, for the money. Breakfast reminds of Hampton and if they can keep the place up its a little better than other low cost choices it will continue to be a good alternative. Handy location right off the 60 too. Dinner at Tom's Barbeque is good choice.
