What makes staying somewhere worthwhile?
Good hotels are pretty similar in comfort, in infrastructure, in technical help. But what makes staying at one place instead of another worthwhile on a working trip? In my opinion, the staff. This hotel has an exemplary group: always ready to help (and I needed it!), to guide us (we were three from other countries), to guess what we really needed), to go out of the way to smooth corners. This happened to me at this hotel and I am really grateful for the way I was treated. People make a difference and, in this case, made staying at the Riogrande hotel owrthwhile.
