Almost correct even for foreign standards. Good location not far from city center, but quiet. People were really nice and ready to help. Room big enough, coffee maker, comfortable bed. Cleaning can be improved. Good place to stay, anyhow.
hotel was really good with excellent sevice by staff , front desk peaople were very helpfull. rooms very clean , really enjoyed my stay .keep up the good work. gym was also good, food and breakfast spread was quite ok.
Excellent accomodation for the price with excellent and friendly staff. Nice clean rooms and amenities. Hotel close to everything in town too so you don't need a car as you can walk everywhere. This is a very nice hotel to stay in.
The location is just one block away (130 meters) from San Martin street (the pedestrian main commercial street). Hence during the day it is a busy area. At night time everything slows down. The street should be more illuminated, still I never felt uneasy about it. I stayed for one night. My room # was 1413. The room was spacious, it was clean, so was the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable. Still, the room should be on the verge of a renovation because it is beginning to look dated and worn out (for example, the bathroom's floor, the wallpaper, the illumination). They have parking places within the hotel premises (charged separately). Breakfast, included in the nightly rate, was well-stuffed (coffee, wide array of pastries, juice, marmalade, omelettes). The breakfast room is quite noisy. The hotel management could help to make it less noisy by simply sticking something to soften the noise to the chairs' legs. Breakfast time is ample (till 11 AM). Staff is helpful. I had forgotten my toothpaste, and they provided a complimentary one late in the evening, The hotel website is not friendly to make online reservations. I experienced quite a lot of trouble before I discovered what was needed in order to complete the reservation.…
The hotel is centrally located, close to the pedestrian street, the shops, the banks and exchange bureaus. The breakfast menu has a lot of choices. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very helpful and professional.
Whenever I am at the point of writing a review for a hotel, I always consider the place. For instance, it's different when you are in Rome compared to NY, to Melbourne etc. For the poor city of Santa Fe, in Argentina, I would say that Intertower is a ... lighthouse, where its people try so hard to provide you with an excellent accommodation service. And in this regard, I cannot complaint. I think it's the best place to stay in the city, with no hesitation. However, if you compare the hotel with a similar in US, Europe, Asia, you will become disappointed. So, I would suggest you: don't compare it. It doesn't even offer you a bath gel but only soap, while the sewage system is interconnected between rooms and when it is fragmented you can ... smell it.
I stayed two nights at this hotel while passing through Santa Fe during a business trip in Argentina. The location close to the city centre was good so we could wander along the Main Street on Saturday. The hotel had valet parking which was good. When we checked in and were given room keys my friend found someone already allocated to his room. When he went to check the receptionist realised she had allocated the wrong room. This was embarrassing for my friend to run into another guest! My room key didn't work from one day to the next meaning I had to go back down to reception. Wanted room service one evening and no one ever answered the phone. I called reception and they got room service too call me back. Once the food was ordered it was quite quick. My friend though who doesn't speak Spanish could not understand why no one answered and ended up going out to search for food very late in the evening. The rooms were comfortable enough and the breakfast was ok except for the terribly bitter coffee. …
We booked this hotel based on some internet research and mainly due to its location close to the centre of this thriving city. The hotel itself was clean, had spacious rooms – we were on floor 8 which, I believe, was a smoking floor and as non smokers I would probably suggest a different floor next time. The hotel was busy because the England rugby team were in the same hotel unbeknown to us but the staff were excellent. At no time did we wait for anything – the bar was well staffed, the desk and reception were again excellent and spoke excellent English, which was handy with my limited Spanish. The rooms are a little dated but their space and good fittings more than made up for it. We visited during the winter and did have a look at the rooftop bar, swimming pool and gym. The swimming pool on line is a little bit misleading but it has modern running machines and plenty of seating space and I am sure in the summer it would be a nice place to sit and watch the city from above. The view from the roof is excellent – I would definitely stay at this hotel again and visit Santa Fe where the people were friendly and welcoming wherever we went.…
My wife and I have stayed in this hotel over the years and have been very satisfied with the quality of service we have received, first when it was a Holiday Inn and now as the InterTower Hotel. It has a very good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The front desk is very cordial and helpful, very attentive to the needs of the guest. Only small things stop me from giving it a 5 star rating, but the details are what makes the difference. Still, for us, there is only one hotel when traveling in Santa Fe, that is the InterTower. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return when we travel through the area.
I stay at this place a few times a year as my wifes familiy lives in Santa Fe, so when we go there she stays with them and I stay at this hotel. It used to be a Holiday Inn, now it changed names but the service, the staff and most everything else remains the same. Very well located, nice clean rooms, valet parking, basically I stayed in almost all good hotels and this one is the best.
