The interior is OK although the exterior could definately use some maintainance (swimming pool dirty and tennis court not usable). The rip of was the bill. They charged US$ 80 per person for a nice but simple farmers meal. The price for the wine was US$ 30 which were on the list for US$ 12,50. If the prices are correct it is robbery (because the prices charged in US dollars should be in Argentien dollars (fourfold)). if the prices are not correct management should be sacked for ripping of customers. The property is a 19th century finca, but most of the rooms are in a new wing attached to the original structure. The common areas in the main house make you feel like you dropped into someone's house for the night, instead of a hotel. The friendly, but small staff speaks limited English, so be sure you are boned up on your Spanish. We had a set course dinner that night , and while it was simply prepared, it was an enjoyable experience nevertheless. Breakfast, though, left us feeling incomplete.
