A special place, with a large secluded garden and swimming pool. The room, notably the bathroom, was a bit tired, but the helpful and attentive staff at the hotel made our stay very special. The chef in particular was outstanding, always keen to help and to offer a variety of freshly made dishes, customising them to whatever we asked for. The fresh local seafood with rice, and the prawns in garlic, were both excellent, generous and good value. It's a little walk into the main bit of town, but a good chance to walk along the seafront and explore the area.

First impression is great. It seems like all the effort went into the lobby/ reception area. The room is basic, very very outdated bathroom, chipped toilet, stained curtains, dust and horrible stained pillows . First day at breakfast the coffee was cold. Adriana( hope i get the name right) at reception made the difference. She was very helpful, great personality.

A friendly and comfortable place to stay in Puerto Madryn, Argentina. It's not in the center of town, which is great, but is quick (and inexpensive) 5-minute cab ride there. The staff is courteous, helpful and make the stay all the more pleasant. The breakfast (which in Argentinian hotels is smaller that in Europe or the US) was "okay," but could have been better. Otherwise we were happy.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with great facilities, bar, restaurant and pool!! I love the landscape and pool area. Super friendly staff. Very nice food. I would highly recommend it and will definitely go back again.

The hotel is charming and well-appointed albeit in a simple way. The best feature is definitely the garden and pool area in the summer, quite enjoyable although less so when the hotel is very crowded. The pool is heated and inviting as well as the large and well maintained garden. The only (big) downside is the restaurant, which at the time of our visit had only recently been taken over by a new service provider, serving very poor quality fare combined with rude and unprofessional service (specially by a blonde lady). The breakfast was handled by the same people and therefore quite disappointing as well. Except for these issues, I would totally recommend this hotel.

As you realized we had some issues with the restaurante management, thats why we solve to broke the contract with then.
