The location is quite good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is not bad 9 could add scrambleeggs eggs) and the rooms are basic but very clean and quiet. It is an average hotel to stay

People are really nice. It's very centrally located. This hotel has a lot of potential, but they need to upgrade everything: wall paintings, decor, towels, sheets... and could easily become a nice, quaint little hotel in Bariloche. I really hope they step up!

This hostel is central and a short walk to most things in Bariloche. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. We booked in again for our return trip.

Hotel was average with a great location--close to chocolate! Room was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Breakfast was also good. We only spent one night. Had we stayed longer we might have chosen another hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Firstly the location is one of the best you can get in town - smack bang in the middle of everything. The surprising thing is that it still manages to stay relatively quiet. The room was clean, shower was warm, WiFi was great, breakfast had plenty of variety (cereal, ham, cheese, croissants, toast, spreads, fresh...

We found some staff helpful, others not. Rooms vary in quality so be careful. Our first room was small, with a broken heater which wouldn't turn off so it was impossible to sleep, very basic furniture etc. They eventually moved us to a different room which was way more spacious and had better décor. The location is perfect right in...

We have stayed in many hotels in Bariloche, while travelling from Central Chile to Patagonia-Aysen. This hotel looked nice, and reviews all seemed reasonable. We booked one night in January. Unfortunately Casita was a real disappointment: rooms were not clean (linen and carpets soiled), staff didn't seem to care about anything we said. Free breakfast started out ok, but as...

Excelent cuisine, we visited the place a few years ago, my husband and I. We were there just to have dinner but we had a great time and food was delicious! It was almost like eating among family... Really liked the experience. Owners were very nice and service oriented. Place is very clean and quaint. Excellent location in the middle...

This is a wonderfully charming, family-run hotel that has been designed and furnished to resemble a rustic-style winter lodge that would look right at home in the Swiss alps, and is in a top location in the middle of the Bariloche city centre. There are restaurants and shops all around, and even a supermarket right opposite the hotel, which makes...

Very quiet despite the convenient downtown location and it's only a few minutes walk to the bus stop. Comfortable and clean rooms, with a very nice breakfast buffet and very helpful and friendly staff. Great value, too.
