We arrived on the afternoon of Christmas eve. It is in a beautiful location with a view of the lake from the room. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. We came by public transport which was quite doable. The location is also good for...

Despite a beautiful location and stunning views our experience was very disappointing. On arrival we were told that the restaurant was currently shut and there were no refreshments available at all. We were then told the restaurant was open 3 days a week but the receptionist did not know what three days these were. We were later informed that the...

We went for two days. It´s very nice petit hotel. All the windows are looking to the lake. In the lobby is a very big one, it seems to be in the middle off the lake. The room was very confortable with very good sheets and towels. The staff is always doing the best for you. So we have a...

Had such a great stay at this hotel. Can't say enough about it. We were so comfortable the entire time that we stayed at the hotel every night for dinner. Food was fantastic! Views can't be beat. Highly recommend!

Location is amazing, right next to Lao Lao & Cerro Campanario. Hotel is a beatifully appointed Alpine style buildinf, with spacious rooms. Rooms could have been cleaner, but they're alright (you have to remember you are in Argentina....). Breakfast is very limited to a small selction, but it is sufficient. All in all, great value hotel!

The Hotel is located outside the centre (15km) direct at the lake. It has an amazing view from most of the rooms on the lake. Great breakfast specifically for Argentinian standards. To be advised to rent a car, this is not expensive and makes it easy to investigate the area, car will be delivered for the hotel in an hour.

What you get is a spectacular view of the lake which is worth it, but I learned that in Argentina the ratings for hotels is not by International standards. The staff was great but the girls were still learning and were on their first job so it was a struggle. I never experienced such RUDENESS from other hotels the way...

This is a pretty little hotel on the banks of the lake away from Bariloche's central area, but close to a bus stop to go in when you want to. The room prices are quite a bit better than the hotels closer to town. The location is quiet and peaceful and the staff is first-rate. Everyone I encountered was professional,...
