Alpenglow is located near the town square and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard in a nice dining area. I think it was a good value for Bariloche and would recommend it.

wifi fails a lot, especially in the first floor, noise from the street and from other rooms, no pc for customer use, receptionist not so nice. we specifically asked for a room which will be quiet, we received a room in the middle of the hall, in the first floor, infront of the street. literally the noisiest room they had... This was a delightful small hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and very clean but generally devoid of decoration. I would prefer to think of it as a wonderful small hotel and not a boutique hotel. The breakfast room faced the lake and the breakfast offered a good selection. If I returned to Bariloche I... More

One of the best services we ever had, great location, walking distance to best restaurants in Bariloche and downtown, hotel and rooms are super clean. Breakfast is simple but very good, there is everything one needs. We highly recommend this hotel, it is indeed great value for money.

Stayed here in january, they have a lovely welcome, pretty nice rooms (clean and comfortable) and a basic (but very good) breakfast. The location is ideal. I should go to Bariloche again, and I would definitely stay in Alpenglow again!

Stayed here for one night after our visit to San Carlos. After our very poor experience at the Edelweiss a few days earlier we arrived with some trepidation but the contrast could not have been greater. Lovely welcome, nothing too much trouble, nice spacious room and very good breakfast. How can to hotels so near to each other be so... More

We chose the Alpenglow based on Internet reviews. The hotel is decent enough but does lack ambience. The location is excellent if you want to be downtown. However the traffic noise was excessive. We stayed for two nights during a hot spell of weather and had to decide between heat or traffic noise as there was no fan in the... More

I would highly recommend staying here...everything was perfect! The location is ideal, the rooms were nice, and the staff was the friendliest I have ever experienced in a hotel. They make you feel so welcome! All of my tours were booked through the hotel and they gave the best recommendations on where to visit. Also, I had lunch in the... More

The room are very nice, by having a very comfortable bed, a very nice bathroom and enough place to store your luggage. The breakfast is excellent. I am not overexaggerating if i am saying that it was the best breakfast we had on our journey through argentina. But the best thing at this hotel are really the owners paula and... More

I finally got to Bariloche (via Esqel) after having my original plans derailed by Puyehue. I had the pleasure of staying in LLenga and had views of both the lake and the city. I can only agree with the other reviewers- the hotel is new, clean, has comfy huge beds, and well located. It is modern, stylish and inviting. It... More
