Exactly where you want to be to walk the places you might want to go. Room is basic but adequate. Don't get the lake view, the garden view rooms are much quieter. Staff speaks some English. Nice breakfast and lounge area.

You can tell that this was once an elegant grand hotel but no more. Its faded glory barely shines through, for lack of upkeep. The room was a nice size but bare. The service was horrible -- front desk avoiding eye contact so as not to be helpful. And it's on a noisy street. Find something right on the water,...

The hotel sits right across the street from the lake and has a beautiful sitting room and bar with big windows to enjoy the view. The hotel is close walk to great restaurants, the main street where you can find chocolates and souvenirs. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Really enjoyed!

This is an old, run down hotel. The staff is not helpful. The rooms are dirty and dull. You are forced to park four blocks from the hotel. The food in the breakfast buffet will make you ill. Eggs were scrambled and left in a heating try without any sterno. Stay away from this hotel.

We stayed there for two nigths and enjoyed every minute. Clean and big rooms, parking. We played pool at the lobby. Front desk attendants were extremly kind. The hotel is close to everything in San Carlos de Bariloche.

Facing the lake is a great position and the hotel is very pleasant. Good breakfast. A long bar/lunge facing the front picture windows and view. Sadly the city fathers have seen fit to plonk an extremely ugly (and seemingly unused) harbour right across the front of the town, destroying the lakefront, but that's hardly the hotel's fault. Room was adequate...

Very nice hotel, we got what we expected and paid for. Breakfest is good, location is wonderful just neer the main street and the only cambii in town. The staff was helpful, a laundry just acrros the street.

The room and facilities were expected from the price but some thing could be better regarding service. When we asked the person in the recwption a suggestion for lunch they suggested mcdonalds! With all the amazing restaurants in bariloche this should not happen. Also when we asked about going to Colonia Suiza for Curanto they told us "did you know...

The hotel is located at convenient spot; less than five minutes walk is busy shopping area. Room is not spacious but clean. For the price we paid we're quite satisfied except wifi was not up to speed we use to in the States. Strangely, its dinning room (for breakfast) and sitting lobby were spacious with ancient decoration, comfortable couches and...

We booked the economy lake view room. It was obstructed and not very enjoyable. This hotel does not have air conditioning or fan. It was too hot in the room so we had to open the window. Unfortunately, it was a main road outside. We had to put up with constant nonstop noise and lots of dust. On a Saturday...
