We spent 3 night here and overall had a pleasant stay. Our room had comfortable pillows and bed. There was a small refrigerator, a safe and a hairdryer. The bathroom had a shower/bath combo. The internet worked well the first few days but was sluggish the last day. Our room…
A good location but is old and the staff is unkind . We asked for lower pillows and as it never appears we were in the situation to go ask for it in pijamas att the lobby. And the answer was they didn't have more. For this price there are certainly better choices.
This hotel has a great location just above the main shopping street and close to the national park headquarters. We found all the reception desk staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Our room was quiet, clean and spacious. We…
Traditional hotel in the hearty of Bariloche, convenient walk to main town attractions - restaurants and lakeside. The hotel is about 100 years old but has been refurbished and extended several times over the years. Rooms are a little on the small side but comfortable. Nice…
This place has rooms that remind me of a 1960 movie. No chair. No air conditioner and loud music outside from 4 pm until midnight flowing into room. Erratic old elevator. Staff is good The town is interesting but this hotel should in my view be avoided
"Maybe ask for a room located at back of hotel"
"Away from the main road"
"Check to see if your room has Wifi, good lighting and is acceptable to you. We were in a tour group and not all of the rooms were acceptable despite being clean. I think the tour went for location and came up short in other areas. Our room was ok but this hotel was the worst in all of the 5 locations where we stayed overnight."
"Make sure your room does Not face the street."
"I have the impression after talking with a number of members of the group, that all the rooms are very comfortable."
