We booked an (for us) expensive private room to relax a bit after a lot of camping and this room absolutely meeted our expectations. Clean, big, comfortable with heating, hot shower and bath. The staff was friendly and available to give information. There is a free all you can eat breakfast and a kitchen available. It is located in a...

Decent price. Exremely nice and helpful staff! They got in contact with us personally before our arraivel and helped to arrange the trip. The breakfast and the kitchen are nice. The place is good for young travellers. On the drawback, the place wasn't very clean.

We stayed in a private double room. I wouldn't recommend it. Some facts you may want to know: CASH ONLY and this is not written on the main description (only in tiny policies) and was not warned at the check in. ATMs in town limit withdrawal to 3,000 pesos per time, charging you 95 pesos for every withdrawal (this may...

The staff is nice, but they do not care about keeping a pleasent atmosphere in the shared area (people were so loud that it was impossibile to read or chill out), which is really small by the way. Rooms are small, with broken lockers and no plugs to charge your devices. Bathrooms (separate for men and women) are big and...

Location was a little over 5 minute walk from the main street. Kitchen was well stocked and they had reusable bags for grocery shopping. Breakfast was simple bread with butter and jam. We were two couples staying in two private rooms, it was little unclear as they said they switched one of our rooms from what we booked, but we...

We had a pleasant stay at Nakel Yenu that met our expectations. The location is fine, it's a bit outside of the central part of town but this is not that big of a town so it's not really far away either. The rooms are spare but clean, and they did provide soap. The wifi was decent. What is called...

My wife and I travelled throughout Chile and Argentina in November 2015. The staff at the Nakel Yenu hostel were incredibly helpful. They helped us book some of our most memorable excursions and made sure that we were adequately equipped. We had a private room right off the main lobby. It was quiet, clean and safe. The kitchen nearby was...

The staff are very friendly and kind, and offer great advice on how to get around. Wifi is available, and the bathrooms are quite clean. The beds are comfy and the views are quite nice as well. It is situated just a walk out of the main town.

I was injured with bleeding head and concussion because the curtain pole dropped on my head soon after check-in. They left the broken curtain holder and still put the curtain pole on the remaining part, in result, the huge curtain pole dropped on my head when I tried to open the window. Even after my head was bleeding, the owner...

A great place where to stay in El Calafate. Friendly staff, good breakfast, very clean and safe place. Dorms are nice, maybe a bit small, but comfortable. The guys at reception provide you with every information you may need, including reservations for transfers or treks. If you plan on doing the minitrek to Perito Moreno, make sure you do call/email...
