We've been in an organized tour, and this hotel was choosen for one night stay. We've got a room in the old part of the hotel. A very small room, heavy smell of mold. Staff less than un helpfull, indiferent and rude. There is a restaurant in the hotel but we'd rather choose to eat outside, because at the hotel...

Las Dunas is a modern hotel with views to the Lago Argentino. The hotel is for those who want to avoid the noise of the city and wake up with a view to the nature. The walking distance from the hotel to the city center is not short but the hotel provides an hourly bus shuttle service for free- which...

This is a hotel outside the city center of El Calafate. Hotel has shuttle bus to and from the city center but not frequently. Taxi is a alternative option if required, it was charged by meter and cost to the city center is around ARS$100 one way. Walk around 30 mins is also an option. Room is spacious including the...

I stayed at Hotel Las Dunas during my stay in El Calafate. The hotel is clean and has very friendly staff. It also has a great view of the lake. The hotel also provides a shuttle that runs frequently into town, but you could also walk as it is a nice walk near to the lake.

New place with lovely views, right next to Lago Argentino. They provide a shuttle to the centre (5 minutes) or you can walk. All the rooms have views to the lake, and we were kindly upgraded to a suite. The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make some travel arrangements for us. Thanks!

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights. Room was spacious, with a nice view on the lake. Staff was friendly. It is a little outside of town, but we knew that plus it is by the lake which you wouldn't have otherwise and they have a regular free shuttle service. The breakfast was not too exciting plus it...

Las Dunas has great views, nice breakfast, is close to town, and has very friendly staff. It is a bit outside of the main part of town, but they have an hourly shuttle to and from town that is free.
