The hotel was really impressive: a golf court, a SPA, a internal pool, all the amenities you can think in a high range hotel. It's not a 5 bullet review only because the breakfast was not at the same amenities level and the room (but mine was the most economic one) was small (in comparison with the other room i... More

This hotel was a welcome sight after a 7.5 hour coach ride from Torres Del Paine. The room was spacious with a great jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and very close to the main street where there are plenty of places to eat, bars, shops and ATMs. The reception staff couldn't have done enough for us - from lending us... We did not stay here but we had a dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was amazing! High quality, tasty, big portions, perfect service by very friendly stuff, nice interior. I did not find any downside. The restaurant gives a feeling of high-end place even though the price is not much higher than other places in the town. Very recommend!

This is a very centrally located hotel only two blocks from the main street. And close to a nature walk around the lake. The hotel is clean and well kept up. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable enough. Just be careful with the breakfast buffet. It is plentiful and the hours are great. ( 6-11) but they do... More

This is probably the best choice you can make if you want to stay in a comfortable and central hotel in El Calafate. Rooms are nice and cozy, heating works perfectly.. The pool and spa are just amazing if you want to relax after a long day of excursion. The hotel also provides a transfer to/from the airport (a bit... More

Very nice and busy hotel with lovely architecture. Rooms are spacious and clean. It is a walking distance from the town centre. Free Wifi but sometimes unreliable network connections. The staff were very professional and helpful. There is a golf course for golfers and indoor pool. We love it and is highly recommended.

We stayed here for 5 nights during our honeymoon and had mixed feelings. Communal areas with sofas or bars were nicely decorated and welcoming. Our room however was tired with stained carpet and a bathroom in need of repair. However i slept the best here of everywhere as the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and it was quite homely.... More

This hotel needs some renovation I agree with the reviews that says it looks like a 1970's. The rooms need to be redone. But some parts of the common areas are charming with a little bit of chalet style. The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is great. A few blocks from the town center, restaurants and stores.... More

We spent four nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the third floor in the front, over the street. Like most places in the area the rooms were not air-conditioned, and we kept the windows open otherwise it would have been stuffy. We were not bothered by any noise at night, but tour groups... This place reminded me of a French vacation village. I guess it's great if you have a large family, lots of kids and need a place in town. We had a room on the street, that was noisy with passers-by, but since there was no air-conditioning, it was a stuffy night's sleep. Fortunately, our tour to Perito Moreno left at... More
