I stayed in a private room with ensuite bathroom. The hostel facilities and atmosphere are very warm and welcoming, and the staff are absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to help arrange excursions and trips that were of excellent quality. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous! Friendly helpful staff, bbq every night to die for (pricey but all you can eat!), great atmosphere and view (great Sunset), cozy loft, delicious breakfast (with granola! And eggs!), and not far walk from town. They have an OK kitchen and fridges if necessary. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here for 3 nights and everything was fine. I stayed in a four bed dorm which was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, although if you were on the top bunk the arrangement was too close making it a bit difficult to climb up. The room had a bathroom with shower, which worked fine, if a...

what more could you ask for!? I thought heated floor was the best idea ever for a hostel, you come out from the hot shower and the floor is heated and warm to touch, it's an amazing feeling! Breakfast is also great (cereals, raw eggs you can cook by yourself, milk, yogurt, tea/coffee/juices, breads, cakes, butters, jams, dulce de leche)....

It is a great place and I would recommend it however there are few cons that I would share Pro: - great view - great atmosphere - clean - helpful staff - lovely living room to eat, chat and drink Cons: - the door of our corridor made big noise and it did not close very well. As result we...

This place is a well oiled machine and they know what travellers want. It's well managed, abundant communal areas, very clean, great kitchen, great breakfast ( by Argentinian standards) and helpful staff. The issue I had was it felt like being on a cruise ship. Organised entertainment (dancers) every night, large buffet style dinners (350 peso pp) and loud and...

We stayed here before and after a visit to Torres del Paine and really enjoyed it. It is a nice quite hostel with travellers of all ages. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and made our trip that much easier. It has an awesome common area/bar/restaurant where you can relax, socialise and watch the sunset - some of the...

This was one of my favourite hostels. The atmosphere was lovely and very chilled out. They had a good bar menu (food and drink), which was reasonably priced. Although the rooms were quite expensive (as is everything in Patagonia), I had a lovely experience. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Upon arrival, the staff told us to not...

NEGATIVE: I made a booking for 2 nights and changed the booking a couple of times through Booking.com. I send them a message the day before to inform of a late arrival (1 day late) but I got confused was the dates. When I realized my mistake, I send them another message and asked them to ignore my first message...
