I was there 3 nights. It was a great stay, staff is welcoming and very helpful. Big room to sit, eat, meet people, organize activities. Well located to walk in the city and great sunset view ! Recommending for sure

If I remember right they accept credit card but charge some extra and need to take you picture or something like that. Always simpler to pay cash in most places in the area. No idea about VAT sorry
