Room 201 has a balcony with a waterfall view. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Location is close to the baths and on a quieter part of town, a bonus. Very good bargain.

This hotel is a cute quiet place located on the edge of town. Super close to everything, you can walk anywhere in 15 minutes. The staff was great and super helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious with a nice balcony and hammock.

The Casa Real is a nice Hostel to stay at. The rooms are small but adequate with excellant facilities. The Hostel has two driveways enabling you to park your cars with relative safety. The driveways are locked and off the road. While moving our car one evening the wheel came off and beached the car in the street. The Hostel... More

Recently stayed at Casa Real on our visit to Banos, hostel is nicely located just few streets from the centre and only couple minutes walk to the thermal baths. We were greeted by Luis when we checked in very friendly and extremely helpful. Gave us a map of the town and showed us where all the main things were, like... More

I stayed in this hostal with a couple of friends. The place was clean and offered a great breakfast each morning (eggs, fruit, juice, coffee or tea, and a different choice of bread each day). It was within easy walking distance of the main town square. We had hot stone massages which were great. Definitely recommended.

The Casa Real is a nice place to stay, the beds were ok a little hard, it was clean and bathroom was very average for the $25 per person price tag. The rooms are very small and the floors are vinyl and in some parts broken. The bathroom could use some upgrading as too the floors. The rest was alright,... More

We stayed 3 nights in Banos and liked hotel casa real. The rooms are basic and the bed is a little small for 2 persons, but the balcony with a hammock more than makes up for it. The bathroom window could not close which was a little uncomfortable because if people really tried they could look in. The hostel itself... More

Wonderful experience staying at Casa Real! The owner and staff are incredibly warm people, always looking to make you feel taken care of. Breakfast was fantastic (eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, juice, coffee, and often a local item that was interesting to try), and the room was comfortable and as pictured. The view from our balcony was wonderful too, looking out... More

This hotel is about 2 blocks from hot springs. There's a beautiful waterfall coming down the side of the mountain right beside it. Tasty breakfast in the morning, cooked to order. Easy walk to town. A great Mexican restaurant 1 block away. Just a nice, cozy place to stay.
