Comfortable, bright, clean hotel. Beautiful garden area outside and table and chairs to relax on. Enjoyed my stay here and would go back should I visit Banos again. They will do your laundry and breakfast is available.

I shared a double room for two nights and enjoyed my stay very much. Dona Rita secured a walking stick for me and gave me some helpful massage recommendations for my sore back. The breakfast was very good, and my laundry was returned to me the next day as promised. The hotel is a few minutes away from the thermal...

Spent one night here in a basic, comfortable double room. The bathroom is showing its age and could certainly use some updating, but everything worked just fine. Cable TV had a ton of channels. The garden of the hotel is beautiful and the flowers smell amazing. Breakfast is available but not included. You can hear a bit of noise from...

A very pleasant surprise here in Banos. This place is old but very well maintained. The owners are great, easy to get along with and willing to negotiate prices. Very quiet, great views from the second floor - really one of the best values in Banos. I would not only recommend this hotel to others but if I ever return...

I Spent one night at this hotel, which is not expensive, and installations are quiet acceptable. It is located a little far from downtown, which make it rather quiet. The person at the reception was okey, but it could be more friendly when we asked what rooms will recommend better, if second or ground floor. He recommend it ground floor....

We stayed at the Santa Clara for the off street parking. There are other hotels close by, most of them far more expensive, that didn't have parking available. This is not an issue for those traveling by bus from say, Quito, which is very popular. The hotel is quite old, the bathroom not as tidy as one might expect. Clean,...

This is the third time we have stayed here over the years of coming to Ecuador. Love that it is right next to a big safe park for kids. Also love that it is not intended n the heart of Banos so it is a little more quiet here. The staff go above and beyond every time. We will be...

What you see is what you get. Pretty basic hotel with friendly staff and laundry on site. Good size room and clean bathroom. Close to most stuff in the town including the hot springs. Nothing fancy but totally practical.

This little town of Baños is home to an amazing hotel with such hospitality. We had planned on staying one night but it was so nice we stayed another one . Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so nice. Walking distance to everything in town and the waterfall.

The hotel is really pretty and very close to the hot baths that people come to visit in Baños. The grounds have nice flowers and are very well kept. Most of the rooms face in to a simple private courtyard. The owners are very responsible to their guests. The breakfast is delicious.
