Nearly 2 weeks ago we spent a weekend in Falealupo Beach Fales during our tour of Savai'i and we loved it. The owner was friendly and his daughters made us welcome and us cooked us healthy evening meals and breakfast. The fale, food and amenities were basic, but it was clean and considering the price and the location it was...

LOVED this place! so the beach s amazing, snorkel straight out the front, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean, wake up to the sound of the ocean and have all your meals right beside and with views of the ocean. This place offers the usual Samoan beach fale style accommodation, so its basic so fancy types might not...

A simple beach fale, but an amazing location at the eastern edge of Samoa. We were the only people staying here at the time and it was incredibly peaceful. The amenities were basic (cold shower), but clean. The evening meal of fresh fish and rice was basic, but tasty. We travelled as part of a pre-paid, supported bicycle tour. If...

We were on a little tour of cape mulinuu with mum who is from Savaii and decided to stop off here for a look around and swim. This place is beautiful, isolated yes- but has a truly unsurpassed beachfront and view to the ocean. The water is crystal clear. For 5 tala we were able to rent a beachfront fale...

An absolute treasure! Fabulous hosts, safe and beautiful beach with awesome snorkeling. We had nice food and plenty of it. This was truly a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a very special place on Savai'i. Should be a 'must do' for those wanting to experience a little slice of paradise. Don't go if you expect/need a boring resort option!

A little piece of paradise on our bike tour around Savai'i. We stayed 2 nights here. They provide a decent dinner and breakfast. Hosts are very very helpful. One of the cleanest fale style accommodation we stayed in. Bathrooms were very clean, outdoor showers were brilliant. Very safe snorkelling, the rock pools at the far end of the beach were...

We stayed one night at these beach fales. Pristine beach, comfortable fales right on the water. Great place to relax, read and swim. Rainforest walk up the road. Hospitality was great - dinner and breakfast included. Simple food (fruit, sausages and rice, chicken and noodles, egg, toast and pancakes) maybe not great for those with food intolerances. Staff lovely and...

Clean, fantastic beach, good snorkling opportunities. The only problem - there's not many food options. One needs to pre-book lunch (which we did not know), otherwise you need to drive somewhere else. Bring enough water with you. There's a little shop not far from them, not much choice and unsure working hours, but they have water.

This was my favourite place in Samoa. I loved the beach, relaxed atmosphere in the fales, and the helpful family. Caro and Savelina were excellent hosts and very helpful. The fales are comfortable, and we just loved chilling out on the beach and snorkelling.
