We stayed here checking in on 12th sept. We were supposed to be there 2 weeks but we checked out and moved to another hotel. Their website is completely misleading and I'd love to know who wrote their 63 positive reviews. Let the pictures speak for themselves. Ant and turmite infestation in villa 21 where we stated. Moved from villa...

This review will be a bit wordy so please excuse the length.I first got in touch with Charlotte (Orator Hotel General Manager) in November 2015 when we were planning our wedding for September 2016 in Samoa. We then flew over in late January 2016 to meet with wedding vendors and suppliers (cake, photographer, venue, catering etc) and arranged meetings with...

We stayed at the Orator with our family for a week. See so much potential in this place we had a wonderful welcoming from the team. Need maintenance in the rooms and the pool. We had a few problem with this place but the manager a Fijian guy that has been there just for 2 weeks made so much different....

My sister has already put her review up so no need in doubling up but a few tips to take into account, clean the pool with the netting to get all the flies & mosquitos as I did this every day that I swam in the pool for all 3 pools, if staff can come around to patrons that are...

Well presented, clean facilities, with lots of room. This location was very quiet when we first arrived and so we were a bit disappointed a few days in to have to share with a large loud multi family group. This location is popular with locals for visiting family, family reunions, weddings, and business visitors. Great pools. Friendly staff, who did...

My sister and I checked in very late as our flight had been delayed. We were welcomed with friendly staff. Unfortunately when we got to our room though the aircon was not working, and the fridge was just switched on, so there was no access to cold water to drink. The next day my sister spoke to the supervisor about...

This hotel was the last of our 11day stay in Samoa and for my partner his first time in Samoa so it definitely had high hopes for the orator hotel. We checked in around 3pm in the afternoon greeted by nice staff however it took them a while to finally lead us to our room which happened to be the...

Nice rooms with lovely showers. All the amenities you need. Could have done with a few more towels though..had to keep asking and a new bathmat each day would have been nice too. The gardens are an absolute delight for garden lovers, really well kept and spectacularly planted- so many species. The Restaurant was absolutely brilliant, top end and the...
