For $249 tala we were on the second floor - no balcony, no fridge, small room, triple beds (even though we had booked for my husband and daughter) bed was hard, pillows were so old that the insides were balled up and rough to sleep on, no towels for the first couple of days - not until we asked for...

We have been to the Inn several times. It isn't a fancy hotel but we found the price reasonable and breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is included in the price. The children loved the pool and spent nearly every day swimming. It is about 20 minutes to the central Apia if you are walking...

Lovely simple breakfast which always came with a smile. Great for family holiday. My siblings and children thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this awesome hotel in Apia!

For the price I paid, I had been given the impression I was going to a business hotel with internet access. But I would class this as a one star hotel more accurate to refer to this as a backpackers. It was supposed to have wired internet in my room but it never worked. Staff were very friendly and did...

We called this hotel the day before we arrived only to be told its full and no rooms were available. Then I went on the Agoda website and booked our room presto room available. Go figure. The next morning I rang the friendly lady on reception to confirm we had a room. As it was half the hotel was NOT occupied....

The rooms are basic but everyone is extremely friendly and the prices are good. Rates drop substantially if you stay on a long-term basis. The best rooms overlook the front parking area on the first floor. Those rooms have balconies and sleep up to four. The location of the hotel is awesome. It is just next to Aggie Greys but...

My brother took me to Samoa for the first time for a vacation and we stayed at the Inn during the days we were there. We checked a couple of hotels out and decided to stay at the Pasefika Inn and I must say it was the best decision we made. I was very impressed with the staff, their happy...

Because of this welcoming spirit, all the guests shared the same spirit by eating together, chatting together, laughing and it def made it feel like we were just t home....

The staff at the Pacifica Inn were absolutely lovely. The breakfast very nice. The ppol is great, the renovation of it finished just this week. The rooms were okay. My room was clean, but the sheets had some holes in them. The airco is either freezing cold, of you have to switch it off. The building is getting a bit...
