The resort is beautiful, the food is some of the best I've ever had but the spa was average at best. We choose this place mainly because of the spa so unfortunately we were probably more disappointed than most. It's tiny. For amenities they have a tiny hot tub and a tiny steam room. Both packed the entire time we...

The only thing that could beat the beauty and comfort of The Sanctuary in Scottsdale was the service. All staff members were consistently friendly and helpful over our four day stay. And I rarely get excited about food service and quality but I must say I couldn't stop raving about it. Wonderful place!

I could not be more pleased with my spa experience at Sanctuary a couple of weeks ago. The service was above and beyond from reception to the attendant to my AMAZING therapist, Jeane (sp?). I had the Wild Lime Blossom treatment, and when I arrived I was in pretty acute pain. Jeane was able to read my body and what...

Another unforgettable visit that left me wanting more time at the Sanctuary. Your staff are terrific and the massage therapists are truly some of the best in the world. I've been lucky enough to visit five star hotels in cities across the world and no matter how wonderful the experience, I always compare my experiences to the Sanctuary. You never...

This was our 7th trip to the Sanctuary and each time has been better than the last. The service is amazing wherever you go in the resort. The food in elements is enough to make the experience but there is so much more. The practitioners in the spa are among the best anywhere, and the treatments are not the run...

We had dinner at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain for Valentines Day. We dined on the deck overlooking the beautiful lights of Paradise Valley. The dinner was exquisite, service impeccable, and the atmosphere perfect! While we had reservations for 7:30, we had to wait for over 45 minutes because the guests were so enjoying their dinner and the ambiance that they...

Disappointed in this resort after spending time at the Enchantment last spring. Rooms smelled of a chemical from the fireplace. Food just OK. Have to leave the property to get lunch or dinner. Only 1 restaurant. Steep hills and hard to get around the hotel. To many steps and poorly lit. Mountain Rooms had cement blocks on walls. Usually we...

Excellent all around. View of Camelback mountain from room very special. Everything first rate. Well situated in Scottsdale and easily accessible to anything. High end in all ways yet there is a relaxed feel. Not pretentious.
