We were upgraded to a deluxe queen room with a fireplace due to no other queens available. The room was clean, nice , and in a quiet location. The breakfast (free) was very good and in a nice lodge area. The pool was not yet opened for the season but would be very nice in the summer. The Inn was...

I pulled into Payson after never visiting this town. Luckily I found this nice hotel to stay at. Very courteous staff and was well taken care of. Asked for an upgrade to one of their Deluxe rooms in the back. Was very glad I asked. Found it to be very nice and super clean. Very minimal charge and we'll worth...

I like the outside of the hotel and the room itself. The fireplace was disappointing because I thought it should have been a real wood burning fire place with real wood. Instead it was a gas fireplace that is used to heat the entire room with the thermostat. That meant the fake fireplace would start up and stop all night...

The Majestic Mountain Inn is not Majestic. It looks nice from the outside, but worn out from the inside. I read the reviews before booking, but, I didn't realize my room would be so displeasing. The room I was booked was located upstairs, near the office. The furnishings and linens are dated. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was...

We stayed at the Majestic Mountain Inn on our way from Phoenix to Flagstaff. We took the scenic/longer route on purpose, in order to take in some of the sights on the way. The inn is situated on the main road from Show Low to Payson and is easy to find. The lady at the reception was friendly and efficient....

The room we had was the 2 queens with a couch and fireplace. Was easy to get in and out of since it is all ground level and pull-up parking. Very quiet. The breakfast was good before heading out to see the sights. Staff was friendly.

First, the front desk lady almost gave us a double instead of a queen. I believe we did get a bit of an upgrade eventually. I did appreciate the pet friendly. The next thing is that the room is dark. It only had one window for that huge room. It had a fireplace which they have you sign a paper...

Good evening, I am so sorry to hear about your stay, I did want to address a couple of things with you. We do not have doubles, and so I'm not sure what the confusion was there we do only offer the queen and king rooms and it sounds like you were able to get the queen you wanted. The...

We had toured the property last summer and decided to have my husband's birthday there. We ended up renting the room for Valentine's Day instead. With the spa, gas fireplace, king sized bed with comfy pillows and satin sheets, it made for a very memorable and romantic evening. The bath salts provided a nice soak in the extremely clean spa....

Good location and not too noisy, but it is on main road. Pros are that they do allow pets for a fee, two doors on bottom floor with one going out to the middle grass strip was quite nice. There are two chairs outside door for sitting, but no real privacy or partitions from your neighbors. Nice environment, grassy. Room...
