We spent 4 nights at this hotel and could of stayed longer. It was a perfect location, set behind trees right in town, you would never know there was a busy street right there. The bed was really comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. We stayed in the King Luxury room with the Jacuzzi, perfect because we had a rain...

I really like this place, not too long of a drive from Phoenix and everything is near by. When you are here, you feel like you are in the woods. There are restaurants within walking distance with is wonderful and a nice pool. The staff was very friendly and I will be back.

Stayed here last night. First we were asked to upgrade to a better room. Ground floor sounded good since there were no elevators. But it was $15.00 more. Also got a fireplace, definitely not needed in July, and a small shared patio. Overall the facility was nice and rustic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room, however was nowhere...

When my husband and I got up to Payson from the Mesa we booked another hotel, a hotel that had toilet paper sticking out of the door to our room from the peep hole, dirty carpets and bedding. There was no way I could stay there! We were told that everything was sold out this weekend and we decided to...

This hotel has potential but still needs work! (Their website states "Best Hotel in Payson". There are very few to choose from!)Breakfast was good had a good selection. No complaints with breakfast. The rooms are "newly" renovated, but the pool is in desperate need of resurfacing! Maid service needs a little more attention to detail and needs to focus on fully...

The Majestic Mountain Inn has the potential to be a great hotel: Great location, nice rooms and ambiance, however, the rooms are dirty, and it is poorly staffed on weekends. We have stayed there twice, and both times our room has been dirty, with very little evidence of maid service. The room we occupied during our last stay had a...

The hotel staff are real friendly . Rooms comfortable with on suite bathroom. A bit dark inside, but keeps it nice and cool especially during the summer months. Lovely big swimming pool. Great Wi Fi service. Breakfast is a grab and go kind of thing. Only one big sofa with small table in Reception area and a small table and...

This was one of the best little spots I've stayed in. It was so clean and cozy and super romantic. I definitely recommend the jacuzzi hot tub room! The staff and owner were super friendly as well. We will definitely be back! :)

This Inn is clean and Pet Friendly which is very important to us. We just got back for a 1 night stay just to get away for the day, huge rooms, fireplaces in some and the one we had even had a jacuzzi tub, what a perk. Stay here you won't be disappointed close to everything.

This was out 3rd time staying at this hotel. Hands down the nicest quaint hotel in town. Midrange priced rooms are the best for ambiance. Staff very friendly and go the extra mile for guests. Pine trees!!
