My wife & I wanted a relatively cheap hotel to the west of Phoenix - shame I booked this one!! Location was fine but the locality was clearly questionable - upon checking out distinct smell of weed. Room whilst clean didn't have even the basic tea & coffee making facilities and as for wifi - receptionist said 'nothing to do...

My husband and I checked in here 9/23/16 at 3pm, we checked out the same day at 735pm. Upon checking in my husband ran inside to get the room, I stayed in the car with the kids, we have 3 children ages 6, 4 and 2. After about 10 minutes my husband comes out to get my drivers license because...

Arriving in the evening we were met by very friendly staff at the front reception, who very promptly organized our room keys, which enabled us to get to our room quickly after a long day of driving. The room was very spacious and comfortable. This Hotel does not serve breakfast but this is reflected in the very reasonable price. Noticed...

This hotel was very basic. Nothing to consider premier about it. Customer service was sub par. I won't stay again. Room was not properly cooling and I was told it's because it's Phoenix Arizona and what did I expect. Basically I expect competent owners/management to purchase an efficient AC unit with enough BTU's to accommodate the location irregardless to the...

If you like dirty rooms, hookers and drug dealers all over the place, then this place is for you. When you wake up in the morning, its like you're at an episode of cops. Cops are raiding rooms all morning. The staff is horrible, druggies pounding on your door all night and threatening you to open up the door. People looking...

First of all, when we were going to our room I noticed there were several people in the parking lot or sitting outside their rooms. I seriously felt like it was a druggie place and a prostitution place. Once we entered the room, the smell was terrible. It seriously made my nose burn and my throat sore. At 3:30 in...

The motel gives out your info. They have big cock roaches in the room and outside the rooms. Dirty bath tubs. Bathroom smells like animal (cat) urine. A lot of young teenage rent there. Loud. People knocking on doors late at night. More like party place. Didn't feel safe there. Manage sucks too. Cops came to my room and arrested...

Premier Inns located in Arizona are beautiful as shown on the pictures but when renting a room they have a dark side. You turn off the lights and lay in the bed it becomes a feeding ground for your body...When talking to management about the situation it was oh okay. She's rude, obnoxious and blurted out she don't give refunds...She...
