This motel was the worst one I've ever been to. The rooms are just terrible and the smell of the carpet is just disgusting. The lady at the reception was very eager to receive cash immediately and didn't want to refund when I left the motel 20min later. The whole area where the motel is located is a nightmare. Hookers... Once again we returned and were greeted in the same friendly manner as I was very angry at the poor review given by some other travellers who expect Champagne service at water prices. Our room was clean and quiet and as I mentioned before there may be a small cigarette burn on a work top but please bear in mind... More

We stayed for night night and the welcome we got when we walked in to book a room was second to none, we were made so welcome, room lovely, great restaurant across the road very comfortable beds, and in the morning they even made us some complimentary coffee and when we checked out they thanked us for staying. The motel... More

Made reservation a week ahead to avoid problems. Flying out the next morning to hawaii. I get there and no reservation. The owners wife needs customers service skills or just not work the check-in desk. She tries to find a room and finally finds one and swore it was it was clean after she just call clean up in front... More

I was working in New Mexico, but heading slowly, but surely toward the Phoenix area for work. Knowing that Phoenix would probably be the closest airport by the time work week was over I planned on flying out of that city. I found this motel's coupon in one of those truck stop/rest area motel coupon magazines. The rate of $29.95... More

Stayed here for one night because we were flying out of Phoenix early in the morning. The room was below average for the price and location. Cleanliness and condition definitely could have been better. Some reviews here state some undesirable activity going on in the neighbourhood, well we must have been here on a quiet night because I didn't see... More

After checking in, the air conditioning was not cooling the room though the fan was running (the coolant must have leaked away I guess). Asked the motel owner for another room but he wanted a surcharge for it. We refused and he told us to get out of the motel!!!! It was late and I backed off and agreed to... More

Ghetto neighborhood, drug addicts and hookers walking around the parking lot, smashed car windows, and less than honest managers. It might be cheap, but you also might get more than you bargained for in terms of street activity. The marquee posted a full cable TV lineup, completely untrue. Was a very cold night I was there, horrible central heat, too.... More

We took a chance on this motel as we usually stay at the Travelodge when flying in or out of Phoenix. On arrival we found the place to be clean and tidy but the reception given by the Owner/Manager was more than welcoming and for the whole of our stay we felt like royalty and it seems nothing is too... Cheap place to stay with lots of retro character and welcoming staff. Close to airport and easy to drive to from car rental plaza. The area seems run down and we passed some nasty looking motels on our way, but the Phoenix sunrise stands out. Stay here if you need somewhere close to the airport.
