Myself and my group of friends stayed 3 nights. We were welcomed by friendly, courteous staff. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and up to date. The parking was ample. The price was amazing and the motel was located just a 10 min. walk from our event at the conference center. We made great use of the microwave and fridge....

Clean, quiet, and secure, and just blocks from the center of town. Rooms are basic, but clean and well maintained. Free and easy parking at the building. Wireless internet service met my needs. Would go there again, and would recommend with confidence.

Whenever we come to Phoenix, this is our first choice to stay.Everything is very clean and quiet and we feel completely safe.It is a short walk to downtown and there is a nice park close by. All this at a reasonable room rate.

We stayed here for a downtown Phoenix conference. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff very friendly. Bus stops are very close by... Or, you can take a short walk to downtown. Can't beat the rates for convenience!

Dan is a very personable host. The rooms were very clean and everything seems to be well maintained. I appreciated the low rates as I am a traveler with a small budget. My companions and I walked from the motel to the convention center downtown (about a 10 min trip) both day and evening and felt safe doing this even...

I almost didn't even look at this hotel because of the name, but once I read the reviews I decided to go with it. I am so glad I did! It was a very easy walk from the light rail station (Van Buren and Central), the room was spotlessly clean. Everything looked new: pedestal sink, nice carpet, fridge, microwave. I...

Convenient location, comfortable room. JA's description hits the nail on the head, and good to know re: Metro from airport for next trip (might be cheaper than the shuttle)

Location is perfect if you want to hang out in downtown Phoenix. No rental car necessary, very easy to get to this hotel from the airport via the Metro. Looks a bit ghetto from the outside, but the rooms are very high quality and some of the best FREE wifi I've ever had in a hotel. Very friendly front desk...
