Very nice SpringHill Suites with WIFI, frig, sink, and microwave. Room was clean and nice, pillows firm, and towels fluffy. Could hear a little airport noise, but not too distracting. Skipped breakfast, so cannot comment. Pet peeve -- alarm clock was for IPad, IPod, and was NOT set to correct time nor were there instructions for clock. Would have settled...

Spacious, modern, comfortable suite with kitchen, workstation, couch, two comfy beds, large bathroom and two tv's. Hotel has inviting atmosphere and is clean throughout. Breakfast left nothing to desire, lots and lots of warm and cold choices. Friendly staff as well. Hotel is easy to reach by car and downtown Phoenix is at walking distance.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it's walking distance to Chase Field and the Arizona centre where there are a few restaurants to choose from although there were very few people around the night I was there. There is plenty of free parking on site. I had a room on the top floor which was quite...

This hotel as OK, but nothing special. The room was a decent size, but I would not really call it a suite. Our main complaint was the air-conditioning. Considering that Phoenix was 90° at 5:30 in the morning, air-conditioning is quite important. The air-conditioning in the room was not sufficiently cool, the real problem was the hallways. It must've been...

Room seemed generally clean, tub was terribly stopped up but I didn't bother reporting it because we were just ready for bed and didn't want to move. Breakfast options were great, most of it stayed empty for the two hours we were downstairs though. I never even saw a breakfast attendant come to replenish any food, only juice. Breakfast, to...

Not a bad hotel, close to central Phoenix and the facilities. The property is in reasonable condition and is very convenient for the Airport car rental. The room was a good size, appeared to be clean and in a good state of repair. Staff were engaging and helpful, all in all, a reasonable hotel experience.

This hotel is very convenient to the Arizona Diamondbacks Chase Field. Accommodations are nice, service is pleasant, your price is great . Breakfast is complimentary but nothing to write home about. Eggs taste like they came out of a carton. Lines can be very long at breakfast time if the hotel is near capacity. Overall a pleasant day at a...

What a pleasant welcome by Chaed as we checked into the hotel. The free shuttle service from the airport, as well as to a local restaurant was very helpful - thank you Richard. Plenty of variety for breakfast.

We had a group of guys visiting Phoenix for baseball games. This hotel was walking distance to the ballpark. Good size rooms, usual hotel breakfast, and free airport shuttle. The shuttle also dropped us off at a couple places downtown. Nothing negative to say about out stay. I would recommend to anyone going to town for baseball games.
