We stayed at this hotel because we were flying out of Phoenix very early the next morning. The staff were pleasant, but the hotel was undesirable. The reception area was dated and dusty, the hallway to the room had a bucket to catch a water leak, and the room was very basic, and had a toe nail clipping on the...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I got the room I requested. Check in and check out went smoothly. Hotel personnel were very courteous, helpful, and professional. The room was quiet even being next to Sky Harbor airport. The bed was heaven!!!! Pillows were a bit soft but that's why I bring my own. The Rode House restaurant and lounge are a bit pricey but food...

Room was as pictured. Very convenient to airport. Was able to walk 1.2 miles from rental car drop off and use the hotel shuttle for next morning flight. Would stay again. No elevator to 2nd floor rooms for those who need to know that.

This hotel is located well, close to the airport, Phoenix freeway system and the town. Pool and hot tub were well-kept. However, the adjacent restaurant's menu is basic and the food ordinary. Avoid it. No morning paper available, no small refrigeration unit in the room. These are standards at most Best Western hotels in my experience.

This place isn't the nicest but the convenience was best. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights while we attended a cubs spring training game. Very close to the sky harbor airport and everything else. Amazing staff and surprisingly cleaned. Very clean to exact. Friendly staff and willing to help. I can honestly say I will be staying...

Prices in Phoenix are high in some seasons (golf, March madness, winter). This provides affordable choice. Close to airport so planes can be heard taking off starting at 6 am. No need for alarm. Room is decent sized, with big bed, fluffy pillows, large fragrant soaps. No elevator to 2nd floor. Rodehouse restaurant is attached but owned separately.

We left our hotel in Scottsdale to stay in Phoenix, as we had a 6:00 a.m. flight the next morning and wanted to be close to the airport. Although there were lots of planes flying overhead and we were on the second floor across from the pool, the room was relatively quiet. The hum from the air conditioner helped cancel...

$170.00 with discounts. This place is incredibly noisey being right on the highway and directly under a take off path. Front desk people were rude and unhelpful with several of our concerns. No complimentary breakfast, expensive resteraunt attached.

The BW by Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix was a nice, quaint hotel which we stayed at in February 2017. The hotel was almost literally next to the airport on the south side and was not too hard to find. The place was kept clean and nice and it was a pleasant stay. Being next to the airport created a...

We had a late flight so decided to book a room close to airport. Big mistake, if you dont sleep like a log, dont stay here. We faced the highway, about 50 metres away, between being shaken out of bed all night with airport noise, the highway and airconditioner it wasn't fun. Even the earplugs that were provided did nothing...
