HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Overall, this was a 5 star experience, but I would like Hyatt to consider a couple of things. First, I think the hotel sales the amenities. The location is great, downtown. Very convenient for any travel. If you have a car, the interstate is very accessible. If not, you can catch public transportation with a short walk ( I did...

i was a little disappointed when i booked on booking.com for one night and i was told at reception that my bathroom had a disability rail and if i wanted to change it would cost me extra 10 which i found kind of weird the rooms were ok but the air conditioning you are unable to turn off manually so...

This hotel was nice enough but I won't be staying here again due to the ridiculous amount of water softener they've added to the perfectly good Phoenix water. Showers leave you feeling disgusting and slimy and take 2x as long to get the soap off, which doesn't seem very responsible out here in the desert.

Jeff and his staff was amazing to deal with. Natalie was very helpful during check-in and Andre helped with bags and even got us Ice for the room, nice guy! I would recommend this property for sure. Hyatt never disappoints. They have always gone above and beyond.

Stayed one night at this hotel in downtown Phoenix. The room was great - comfy bed, plenty of room. One complaint - it was hard to find an outlet to use to charge my phone. Enjoyed the elevator ride up with good views of city (if you go up past the 10th floor). The breakfast buffet was great - just...

I loved staying here! I stayed with my husband and my mother in law before we went to a concert at Talking Stick Arena. Our room was nice and clean, quiet- we never heard our neighbors. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Phoenix, walking distance to our concert. We had dinner at the restaurant above the...

Apparently there was a group of kids staying at the hotel that turned the place into a beehive. They were running around hallways and blocking the elevators and nobody seemed to bother to call them to order. I didn't even think about using the pool or gym while they were occupying everything. Things got better when these kids had left,...

Thank you for your comments. We have shared them with our staff. We will work with the staff on our lobby service when the hotel is hosting a youth group. Thank you again. We hope come back in the future.
