Would not recommend this place. Way to pricy for what you get. Valet was rude. Lobby was nice. Room was small. A sitting area would of been nice. Popcorn ceiling was dusty. Toilet wasnt working when arrives but did get fixed later.

Our experience would have been greatly enhanced, had the bubbles worked in the spa. The cable channels in our room were not functioning properly and unfortunately we missed some of our regularly watched shows last weekend...

I was staying at this hotel for work, but I was horrified to discover that I had someone managed to overlap my trip with the NCAA Final Four events, which I did my best to hide from, but they basically took over the lobby. However, the hotel seemed fully staffed to accommodate the sports craziness, and all the hoopla barely...

Hotel staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and quiet. Upper level room had tremendous view. This locatin is very close to Chase Field and was an easy walk. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and museums within walking distance. Definetely will stay here again!

I reserved a king bed directly with Hyatt and checked in online the morning of my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, it was overbooked and my online check-in was irrelevant. They assigned me to a room with two twin beds. Not double beds, twin beds - the kind you see in a college dorm room. The front desk...

It's exactly what the Dr ordered for RR and what a gorgeous setting. The pools and pool service was tops. The restaurant fabulous. The amenities like the Red Hawk from the local preserve with Joe the handler are over the top. And then to ice it all the music trio from the lobby stage. Just wow

My family and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Phoenix during the Final Four NCAA. My Godson plays with The South Carolina Gamecocks. The hotel decked out with South Carolina Gamecocks photos and banners was awesome! The atmosphere was very fun and super festive as the hotel was jam packed with The Gamecocks and their families and friends. We...
