The gym was nothing to brag about and the rooms were mediocre at best. The restaurant in the lobby seemed to have regular price items so...

This is a pretty nice place , the staff so far has been very good. I ate in the bar on the first floor twice so far. It's good, but just bar food. So no steaks just burgers and a few sandwich sand salads. Not a huge beer selection either. The Einsteins bagel shop is convenient and fast. The dark...

Spent one week there for my birthday and staff provided champagne and cookies and fruit etc. with a room on the 14th floor. What a lovely gesture!! It's the little things like this that make Hyatt one of...

The hotel is great, it has awesome restaurants attached; a sports bar with great burgers and lots of screens, an Einsteins bagels, and nice fine dining on the revolving top floor. Lots of comfortable lounging in the main lobby, and parking is very easy. The section of town is beautiful. Just across from the convention center (which is why we...

The hotel is in downtown Phoenix, close to everything - convention center, baseball stadium, restaurants and night life, as well as the airport. It is also nice and clean with good amenities. Overall it is a great value for the money.
