I booked two rooms, they ended up being on the same floor, however, different ends building. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this place. Not even close to the Quality of LaQuinta I'm used to! For the price (it was higher for Spring Training) i could have stayed in my car...because the Price did not equal quality. My second... More

Her are something's you can do with this hotel. 1. Put in a elevator. 2. Implode it. 3. Turn it into a Motel 6. 4. Do not wash down buildings when people are staying in them. So when you step out of your room you do not have to step in puddles of water. 5.do not put thermostats on the... More

Employees are very friendly. The room was very clean, but the exterior is shabby. No fridge or microwave. No elevator, so I had to lug my suitcase up the stairs. Thank goodness there were only two stories.

If you like staying in a hotel that is not much better than a Motel 6, this is your hotel. It was clean, but there was no microwave or fridge. The room was very small, and the light was so poor it was depressing. The staff was nice, but whoever was working the evening shift did not stop the loud... More

My wife and I always stay at this property when visiting in Phoenix. The staff is very friendly and know the area around the property for directions. Levi at the front desk is what I feel every front desk person should be, friendly and easy to talk to. Dane the houseman was a delight to talk to and his work... More

I booked a room at the last minute on the internet ( through TripAdvisor ) due to unforeseen circumstances. I thought for the price I paid ( double their normal rate due to high demand in the area ) I would at least get a decent room. As soon as we walked in it was obviously a smokers room. My... More

Good: Very clean. Desk staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Comfortable. Bad: Old, shabby, dirty on the outside. No elevator (2 stories). Old fashioned shower curtain that clings to you. No fridge or microwave. Pricey, but last minute.

The room were showing there age paint was pealing from the ceiling and the tub was a joke. The bed was comfortable enough if you don't mind a wake up call at 8am by the landscapers outside you door it could be tolerable. But for the money a motel 6 may be a better choice.

hotel is run down and needs some paint. Walkways and stairs not clean. Bathroom not as clean as it should be, there was hair in the corners from previous guests and the tile is stained. the one redeeming quality was the comfortable bed and i slept very well until the gardeners showed up at 8:00AM and started using gas powered... We have stayed at this motel before. It is one of the nicer ones at this price level. The location allows us to visit several Baseball Spring Training sites in a few minutes drive. The carpet had some stains but it otherwise felt clean. The motel regulations say smoking is allowed only in designated areas. But people smoke outside on... More
