My wife and I stayed there because of its close proximity to Chase Field (for the Kenny Chesney Concert), and Hiltons reputation as well as being that the hotel is all suites - Awesome! The service we got from beginning to end was amazing, the Front desk manager, Monica, heard that we are having a date night and when we... More

great staff-great food-nice place to be when away from home-will try to always stay at a Hilton Hotel if at all possible. Staff very knowledgeable of things to do around the city and always willing to help.

This "HILTON" is an old covered Embassy Suites. If you have a long stay the rooms are roomy and clean however the hotel amenities are lacking at best. Fortunately there is good food and drink within walking distance. The staff was more on par with a Super 8 and the breakfast was again sub par for a HILTON brand property.

Very conveniently situated next to the light rail that will take you to the baseball park, basketball arena and convention center within about 12 minutes... Quiet, clean and away from the city center, but close to a number of good local restaurants.

Clean, roomy, and full of light and the staff is amazing! The location is less than a block away from the rail so it is easy to get about without a car. I plan to return along with my family for vacation.

I had a good experience for the most part. The only downfall was the pool. The water was freezing and the hot tub was warm. The pool area was not inviting at all, it had a cold damp feeling just walking into the pool area. After a long day all I wanted to do was relax by the pool, but... More

I travel a lot for work and have to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. From the friendliness of the staff to the delicious breakfast buffet to the convenient shuttle they offer, hands down a 5 star experience. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and our room was very spacious and clean.... More

When staying in Phoenix, the Hilton is the place to look into. The staff are GREAT and the accommodations are more than expected. Additionally, the shuttle service allows business guest easy access to Convention Center conferences. Wonderful place to stay!!

Needed a place where me and my two adult sons could have some space while we were in town and this was perfect . The suite had two beds , a pull out couch and was very roomy . It reminded us of a sized down Embassy Suites . Breakfast buffet was well presented and the staff very accommodating .... More
