Not your typical Hilton. Inside looks more Double Tree style, big open center with rooms all around it. We were there for a bowl game. I made the reservation so as not to be too far from the stadium, but wanted a nice, comfortable room in a safe area. Got both. The hotel staff was accommodating and professional. Once there,...

I spent time at this location rather than downtown for a conference. The complimentary shuttle assured me that I could commute back and forth. Hotel is located near train and food choices. Staff is friendly. Stay with confidence.

This looks like a converted Embassy Suites with the very open concept lobby that you can hear every laugh and fork drop from your room. It's a nice looking place, but noisy. Tried to take a nap on Friday afternoon and couldn't due to all the noise in the party downstairs. Elevator broke with me in it. Unable to call...

The bar tender was accommodating and and friendly, although she had to apologize for the drink she served. A Mai Tai is made with Cherry Grenadine. Not with Pomegranate syrup. That was all she had to work with. Tell her manager it does taste different. The dinner was average at best. A thin filet minion wrapped in fatty bacon with...

The hotel is in the Embassy Suites style, with a pleasant, open atrium. The suite was huge; bathroom was spacious and modern, and bed very comfortable. I had no issues with WiFi but did experience a lot of noise from an extended family of unsupervised kids who ran up and down the corridor above me, yelling until late in the...

Currently staying here and we reserved the "business" suite since we are here to hammer out some work. Well, putting a huge table in a room does not make it a business suite. 1) There is no power near the table. 2) You cannot access the tv for display and it's tiny. 3) The Internet does not work. It's almost...

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write a review about your recent visit at our hotel. I very sorry that the internet was such a frustration; I do hope your overall business trip was successful. I can say with certainty that we have a remediation plan and working toward system improvement. Thank you,

I had a great experience with the interaction of the staff at this hotel. Anything that I found I needed they were able to accommodate me. The ladies at the store in the hotel were extremely helpful and pleasant. Along with the wait staff at the American Grill. I've read other reviews where people said the staff wasn't friendly. I...

This Hilton Suites is in need of investment. What I see is a hotel with great "bones" and an opportunity to really shine. It's in the heart of the business corridor, easy access to both downtown and the Camelback business areas. It's a bit of a hike to Scottsdale's business areas, but the drives are pretty. The rooms here haven't...
