I stayed here for a conference for work. The hotel is nice with all expected amenities but it is a bit outside of downtown. The room was clean and comfy. The on site café had a limited menu but enough to get by on. There are many places to eat near by as well but would need a car to...

from check in to check out, the staff here were ready to please, always with a smile on their face. "no" was not in the vocabulary. rooms were nicely decorated and spacious with very comfortable beds the fact that the GM was out on the floor greeting and speaking to the guests shows great leadership from the top down. Frank...

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. Positives: In my opinion, the bed was very comfortable! The maids did a great job and so did the bellman (when they were able to help me) Negatives: I broke my foot the week before I stayed at this hotel, which I was at for a conference. I had to be in...

Decent hotel, beautiful fountain in lobby, decent work out room and restaurant but the best part was the beds. I have a hard time finding places where the bed doesn't just kill me. I could have slept in these beds for a month!

clean bedding, great swim pools, and a awesome waterslide. The hotel bar was nice and the outside sitting court was very comfortable with the large gas fire pits. The hotel is close to the Mariners spring training stadium, the Diamond back stadium and Phoenix university. The hotel is located about 8 miles form downtown so you don't have to deal...

As soon as we walked in our room we noticed how clean it was. It was very big, nice flat screen tv Starbucks's coffee available to brew came in very handy. We loved the balcony had some amazing views since we were on the 6th floor. I would definitely come back.

Our family booked the Sheraton because of a university graduation we were attending. We found it's location convenient, clean, and accommodating to our family's needs. It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed!

Our corner 2-Bedroom Suite had 2 unusually big bedrooms with a separate huge living room/dining room and a huge balcony (probably over 500 sq. ft.) with 3 full bathrooms. The property has two big swimming pools with a very nice water slide and is located in the heart of Phoenix.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel a year ago - good location, great rates, nice size. Good reasons to stay here. When we where staying a year ago the kitchen was on a limited menu due to renovations. A year later, guess what, a limit version from the kitchen due to "plumbing problems". To me, that means the...

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. I am so sorry for the confusion and you are correct we did have a limited menu and it was due to a special event taking place at the hotel that required a kosher kitchen. During that time we had to cook from our grill for our guest and tried...

There are a few minor issues mentioned in other TA reviews that need to be attend to in a timely manner, but all in all, this is a great value hotel that we will use again. The executive level deal is a wonderful option with a decent (not great) breakfast. The wine is on a "pay as you go" basis,...
