I got a very good deal on a Club Level room through the hotel website. It was less than a 2-star hotel price. Overall, we had a good experience. My 16 year old son and I were in town visiting family, and we found the hotel to be pretty good. Check in was fast and easy. Parking was easy to...

Dear, sushi-life We appreciate your comments. The hotel is considering waiving charging for basic room wireless of $9.95 in the fall. We are in the process of ordering new mini-friges for guest rooms as part of the recent room renovations. We hope to have them installed by year end. The hotel also has micro-waves for a fee and all based...

The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. I was glad to have time to enjoy the pool which I rarely get to do on business trips. Every hotel staff member I encountered was welcoming and helpful. The location just off I-17 makes it easy to get most anywhere in the area. It's worth the price to pay the small additional...

I love this hotel. I stay every time I visit Phoenix. The service is always wonderful and the staff always seeks to assist in any way they can. It is also located well, just off I-17 so there is easy access. You can also get a yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Sheraton Crescent in Phoenix is a wonderful place to stay. All the rooms have been totally renovated (the most comfortable bed, ever!) and it is my understanding the rest of the property will be renovated this year. It doesn't really need it however; clearly the quality of the construction in the building materials have held up well, such as...

The Sheraton Crescent in Phoneix is a slightly dated property (although the large rooms had been refurbished at least somewhat recently) that however provides a very nice and comfortable stay for a reasonable price. It has quite large resort style grounds which includes a nice pool, hot tub, big children slide and two tennis courts. As a gold SPG member...

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Crescent this past eek while in Phoenix on business. The front desk (Cynthia) was great and was able to get an upgraded room. Sheraton Crescent Hotel was a pleasant surprise for me and my family. I booked this hotel in a rush, as in on the same day of our road trip to Las Vegas from El Paso.
