Pull out sofa bed is rock hard with thin mattress. No life guards. No closing time on hot tubs and interior pool. Kids are allowed in hot tubs. Hot tubs and a pool are on an interior courtyard that most rooms look into, so you hear the loud music and yelling past midnight. Hot tubs not sanitary as diapered kids...

Hello Stephen, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry for falling short of providing you a more positive experience. Noise associated with the pool areas can be disconcerting for some, and your comfort is essential in enjoying your visit. This will be addressed with our security team to ensure they are enforcing our North/South Pointe pool closure...

This is definitely a nice resort outdoors but the entire resort needs updating. The rooms are well laid out, beds and bedding very comfortable; however, the furnishing, coffeemaker were outdated and barely working. Most troubling to us was the black mold on shower tile and floor! So easy to remove but nothing changed in five days. I would definitely look...

This is a perfect family hotel. Lazy river and mini pool kids the kids entertained and the resort is well maintained. Food at the restaurants was fantastic and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and attentive and lots of parking.

If you are in need of some winter reprieve, consider a Spring Training Baseball getaway. The Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak or the Pointe Hilton at Tapatio Cliffs, are two very reasonable options. The Pointe at Squaw Peak is more designed for families with kids. It has a water park, mini golf and several camps and activities for the kids....

As a Hilton Honors member I was hoping for a better experience at this property. There were problems from the very beginning. Upon arrival I was told that the room was in need of a "deep clean" so it would be ready in just a short amount of time, even though I was told the same morning that I would...

I traveled to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak "Resort" last week for a business conference. The property is really large and has tons of space for hosting conference events. I was surprised when I arrived that the layout much resembled that of a motel. As previous reviewers have mentioned, it is tired and worn and looks much like an antiquated...

Thank you for taking the time to share this review on TripAdvisor. Although there were a couple of positive aspects to your stay, it was disappointing to know that, overall, we did not meet your expectations. Please accept my sincere apologies. for a "Resort" I was expecting a much nicer place. This is clearly an old property as I have been in about 6 different rooms in different buildings across the property now and they are all in about the same condition. The staff is very nice and there could be worst places to stay. That is the good thing. Here...

Stayed for one weekend night.. I arrived after 3 pm checkin and had to wait an hour even though I have Diamond status. The room had an Embassy Suite feel. Small living area with coach small desk and wet bar with mini fridge. King size bed with a view of a parking lot. There is a nice little water park...

This is a conference center hotel. Overall the stay was fine. The rooms felt a bit tired and worn. I felt the bathrooms were small - I has to maneuver around the toilet to close the door. The shower press also was on the low side. On the other hand, the towels were great! Large and soft. The water park...

This place has it down for families that want activity and also want their down time away from the noise. State Park is a short walk. The pool area is great and the villas have their own smaller pools, noise or no noise your choice.
