Stayed for about a week while on a business trip, and thought this location was fabulous for a Courtyard Marriot. Beautiful lobby, really nice little bar with hot to go items for breakfast, lunch and dinner if youre on the go. Best of all, they have a beautiful fire pit outside by the pool that was perfect for sitting outside...

This is an older style Courtyard, but it is very well maintained and the grounds are as nice as any Courtyard I have ever seen. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our rooom was clean and comfortable. I was upgraded to a suite, which was great. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating, but I reserve that for...

The Courtyard is pretty spread out, but is nice overall. The pool and patio area is great for chilling, whether in the heat of the day or sitting by the fire at night...great place to relax! The rooms were clean and standard.

Stayed at the Courtyard Phoenix Airport from 13 to 15 February. The rate was rather high. Staff are friendly and the room are clean and quiet. However the shower had some problem when I want the overhead shower both head and the tap below are running at the same time. I also left my dark blue blazer (jacket) accidentally at...

Though it is an older hotel, it has been modernized and is well kept. Even though it is close to Sky Harbor Airport, the jet noise is pretty well muffled and didn't bother me at all. Some decent places to eat within walking distance.

The room was nice and clean, and very convenient to the airport, but seemed much smaller than the Marriott Courtyards that I am accustomed to. The TV was small, and the bathroom was even smaller. I will stay here again, but only because of it's proximity to the airport....

Thank you Arturo4 for your review on our property, we appreciate all feedback! I am pleased to hear that our location was convenient to the airport for you as well as clean. We are a managed Marriott property with the standard Courtyard features. We do struggle to compete with the newer Courtyard properties as we are a first generation Courtyard....

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. On my past two visits, despite being a Marriott Rewards member and requesting a high floor, I've been given a room tucked away behind the hotel staff laundry on the ground floor. Both rooms have NOT had the security bar on the sliding glass doors deployed. Today's room smells...

Have to admit this location is great but the hotel lacks the Marriott brand in customer service. Typically am upgraded and am given free bottled water but neither was given. Guess I am spoiled by the service provided in Marriott's other locations. Also found the floors in lobby dirty and rooms very average. This is Phoenix after all and nothing...

Was here for business. Stayed two nights - the room was good though a bit worn. Plenty of places to charge items and the WIFI worked well. Front desk was great. Bistro area looked great, but starting breakfast at 0700 on a work day is too late - already had to leave before breakfast even started. Paid for breakfast with...

Our final night of our trip, we stayed here to be close to the Airport. Overall, Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Minor suggestion to the airport -- either plan to leave the hotel 30-45 minutes earlier than you had in mind if using the hotel shuttle, otherwise, plan to Uber or arrange a car service to Airport.
