Now this is the nicest hotel with the most courteous staff. At a late night check in we were greeted by a kind man named Larry who went out of his way to help us find free parking for our sprinter and trailer. Huge, swank...More

I stayed here the night before going to a business conference at another Convention Center hotel. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful. They had a "Wheel of Fortune" at check-in to win free drinks, extra rewards points, etc. Close to...More

Has it’s ups and downs but for the excessively insanely high price, I was not at all impressed at what we got for what we spent. It was very old & pretty rundown & the first room we got was on one of the lowest...More

Loved the character of the hotel, renovated as an old bank and kept a lot of the details, marble, elevators and the lobby. Rooms were spacious and easy to control the temperature. The food was great! Staff was friendly

You'll find a number of restaurants around the hotel. Didn't pay special attention to shops, but the hotel is on the Light Rail, for which a day ticket only a few $$, good for busses too.

The hotel has not made any arrangements with any property's around the area to use their pool. Lustre Roof Top does have a pool and will allow outside Guests to use.
