My husband & I celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary at Prescott Pines. We stayed in the Heather unit. Charming room with two comfortable chairs facing the fireplace. King bed had microfiber sheets and also was very comfortable. Room immaculate. Dawn and Dana are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Awesome gourmet breakfasts in the morning. I would definitely... More

We had such a nice and relaxing time at the Prescott Pines. Dawn made us feel so at home. I am a neat FREAK and the rooms and the Main House were immaculate. I loved it! The treats in the afternoon were fresh, as in right out of the oven, and the breakfasts were to die for! Our room was... More

This was my 4th stay at the Prescott Pines and it was awesome as usual! Stayed New Year's Eve and every room that I have stayed in is new and exciting! The Grand Canyon room offered a cozy fireplace that certainly made the room toasty in no time! Very spacious room with two beds, two leather chairs and table to... More

My husband and I stayed at the Pines Inn beginning Christmas night until the weekend. What a wonderful experience! The room was very adequate, clean, comfortable, fresh looking and wonderful small details placed throughout. The Innskeepers were friendly, very accomodating answering questions about the area as well as printing boarding passes for our flight back to Iowa. The breakfasts were... More

Dec. 19 after attending our daughter's NAU graduation in Flagstaff, we spent 2 nights at PPI. It was great to visit PPI again and try out a different room...the Delphinium...loved it! Especially the fireplace since it was COLD outside! It was so cozy and welcoming! Loved the breakfasts..yummy! See you all again soon!

I stayed at the PPI for 8 days while helping my daughter adjust to college. I absolutely loved the place! The most important thing -- a comfortable bed -- got me hooked right away. The wonderful breakfasts sealed the deal. I originally planned to stay 5 nights as a treat but extended my stay to 8 nights because I loved... More

PROS: Room was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable. Property was clean, well-cared for. Staff was very friendly. DVD's were available in the lobby for free to check out. Several were very recent. Breakfast was very creative and well appointed. It was a lovely meal with a lot of thought given to it. CONS: TV (in Cleome) did not have an... More

Thank you for your input. We are so sorry that our brand new flat screen TVs did not live up to your standards. We double checked the AV cables on that TV and everything works as it should (including the very much color TV), as well as the DVD player. As for your concern about overall privacy, please be assured... More

My husband & I wanted a romantic getaway for his birthday weekend. We couldn't have picked a better place. The Inn is charming, our room was lovely, cozy & private (Delphinium). Privacy can be a concern at a B&B. No problem here. Although I believe all rooms were occupied during our stay, we never heard or saw the other guests... More
