Held a conference for 200 women over the weekend. The staff was helpful, responsive, and proactive. All requests were fulfilled in a timely and courteous manner. Sales and marketing management were particularly cheerful despite the numerous changes and "extras" our group needed. Thank you! We are already booked for 2017, and that is a testimonial to their abilities to serve...

We enjoy every aspect of the Prescott Resort & Conference Center. It is located high on a butte and has 360 degrees of fabulous views. The room was large and comfortable with a fridge and safe, both hidden from view. We dined in their restaurant for both breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious, the service excellent, the prices reasonable,...

The hotel was very busy that weekend with Volley ball girls. They said free breakfast but we went to restaurant and it was high priced not free. There was some miscommunication in regards to the. Room we booked. We had an upgraded suite after two room changes. Everyone was real sweet. The girl in coffee bar was the best. The...

From the moment we arrived the staff was helpful and courteous. Our room was on the 4th floor and we had a great view! We we're able to watch the 4th of July fireworks from our balcony! The breakfast included with the room wasn't the typical 2 eggs any way, you could choose from anything on the menu which was...

We have been staying at this resort the past three years around the same time each year, and we love it. It is very clean and all the staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is absolutely wonderful. Great view of the city. And we plan on returning God willing.

This was such a nice surprise! The rooms were large and had a separate sitting area that could be closed off. We had a king suite. All rooms have balconies which I always enjoy! The amenities were fabulous with gambling, restaurant, coffee shop, swimming and Jacuzzi, spa, and great service. We were so comfortable and so close to everything. You...

Prescott is a destination for many travelers. I have lived in the area, and visit often now that I am elsewhere. I have tried several of the chain hotels in the area, but once I stayed at the Prescott Resort, I no longer even consider staying anywhere else. Beautiful facility, great view, wonderful restaurant, and a clean casino.

This hotel is situated on the top of a hill overlooking the city of Prescott. The view is amazing and the hotel is conveniently located near Prescott and Prescott Valley. The pool and hot tub were in good condition, as was the gym. There is a bar, cafe, restaurant, and casino onsite. It would have been nice if there were...

I booked this hotel sight-unseen, on a recent trip to Prescott. I wanted something clean, economical and logistically close to Prescott. I was pleasantly surprised. I traveled with a friend, and we shared a spacious room with two queen beds. The views were spectacular. The in-house restaurant provided good food and good service. Warning to guests who do not appreciate...
