I reserved a room with two beds on the computer. i had to fill out name, credit card info, etc and it says they have a 24/hr check in service. When i got there at 830pm with my wife and mother in law, they said all they had booked all the rooms with 2 beds and that they only have rooms with one bed. The lady at he desk told me that i can go try the motel down the street if i want two beds or i can pay for two rooms. They said they called me multiple times to confirm if i was coming but that was a flat out LIE. I had 0 calls, and 0 voice mails. If i could give them a 0 rating i would because they left me running around trying to find a place for my family to sleep.

I regularly tale mini-vacations in my state of Arizona. Last week I visited Safford, a small mining town, and stayed at the Motel 6 on one of the main streets. It was very nice! The room was clean and much larger than I expected. Well organized with a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The king-size bed I had was really comfortable, with several comfy pillows. I have no complaints about the room. I have 3 dogs, and that was no problem with management. Of course I make sure my dogs don't bark a lot or cause damage, and the Manager was impressed by how well-behaved they were. Nice man. This Motel 6 is convenient to restaurants and shops, also. Though it is located on a main road, it was remarkably quiet. Being a "dog-person", it's important that I have a secure place to walk them, and that was provided by a long dirt road behind the motel. We were able to get plenty of exercise. The Manager was very friendly and personable, helping me as far as what to see and do during my visit. His suggestions were spot on with my interests. The motel is very accommodating as far as the handicapped. Parking directly in front of the rooms, and easy to maneuver in a wheelchair. If you are disabled, I suggest you make a reservation, as they have rooms equipped with big showers you can roll a wheelchair in to, grip bars, and even a large grip bar beside the toilet. They care and it shows. I highly recommend this Motel 6, and especially if you have well-behaved pets. It's a great place to stay.

We stayed here 5 days while visiting family. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was a table and chairs and nice fridge. However there was no dresssers with drawers not even a drawer in the night stand. No Kleenex were provided,I had to go buy my own.The lobby is locked at night. You have to ask for a coffee maker for the room.On the first day it was 102 so the AC wasn't able to cool the room very good. The rest of the time it worked fine. They do have a place to walk your dog which some of the motels here don't.Would stay again Fido gets to stay free!

We needed to stay the night in Safford when we were picking up our daughter from Eastern Arizona College. It was quiet and was a perfect quick night. It is about 1 mile from the College, and right off the main highway, so it is easily accessible. This motel is close to restaurants, (I would recommend Casa Manana) and Walmart, in case you have forgotten anything. The beds are off the floor and the wood floors just seem cleaner to me.

I recently stayed the night in this Motel 6 and had an OK experience. I love that they allow dogs at no extra charge and that was probably the best part about our stay. The rooms have obviously been remodeled recently and look very nice and clean on the surface. The new look is great and I loved the floors but beyond the first look there are many things they could have followed through with upgrading or replacing when they did the remodel. The refrigerator in our room was super noisy and kept us up most of the night. They did not replace the lamp shades and the old ones are worn and stained. The bathroom was not included in the remodel and doesn’t look like they made any attempts to fix or clean up the bathrooms during the remodel. The light switch in the bathroom was filthy and the caulking at the bottom edge of the tub was gross, moldy and dirty. They could have at least re-caulked the edge of the tub on the floor. The beds were way too hard and left my back and sides hurting from my partial nights sleep. The price was good and the fact they allow dogs was great. On the surface room looks great. Overall not the worst place I’ve stayed but not the most comfortable
