I read another reviewer say that people who give this place a good review don't travel a lot? I've worked on three continents and lived in several metropolitan cities including Phoenix. This is a gem of a little Motel for the price! It has a serious little retro vibe as it is a 1960s Motel which has been renovated. They...

This is a rundown, poor service MOTEL. It's not a 3 or 4 star. People who write a great review hadn't travel much I bet. The sheets were not changed in the whole week I stayed there and when asked they did not do it also. The room was dirty from last guest. The maid only change towels each morning....

This little find did not disappoint! Room was clean, beds were magnificently comfy, the courtyard is beautiful (lush, green, flowers, palm trees, and the aviary of parakeets!). And the unbeatable price was the cherry on top!

I reserved three rooms, and got an incredible deal in Expedia. We got room 108, which was a double bed, and steps from the pool. What we loved: The pool- it was clean, and opened from 9-10. Checkout was noon. Comfy bed. Cool not so loud AC. Large chess. Outdoor Bird house. Friendly staff. Restaurant was not only good, but...

Sunshineyd, thanks for the kudos especially on our newly restored and remodeled restaurant and lounge. We've had many guests say that they enjoyed the subtle preparation of house-smoked meats and vegetables that Chef Jeremy Wilson uses in his innovative breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. My manager is looking to make sure all shower curtains are new and clean. Sorry about...

Very friendly, helpful staff. This place feels like a '60's hotel! Lots of character. It was a great over-nighter! Comfy beds and nice bedding. The staff so friendly & courteous. The pool was very pleasant. Loved the chatter of the parakeets in the aviary! Breakfast was so-so - just cereal & breads & pastries. We're doing low carbs so we...

Anita, We are very sorry you didn't have an excellent stay with us. Thanks for alerting us to the buzzing ac unit. We have recently replaced a defective motor in a room and I bet it was your room. Yes our bathrooms are small. Our hotel is a restored Mid-Century Modern classic hotel and the bathrooms were built smaller back...

Lovely rooms, clean bedding, comfortable beds, beautiful pool, wonderful breakfast. Not a great deal around the area though, we did have to drive everywhere. Boiling hot when we travelled, 122 degrees !!!! Lot of gardening going on, including taking huge trees over the top of the motel. Quite a bit of noise and disruption but I believe they were unsafe...

The room itself was decent. Not super nice, but definitely worth the money. It's clean and nearby a lot of places you may find useful when traveling (gas stations, banks, restaurants, bars, and the like). The front desk took about 10 minutes to get with us, but other than that, the experience was good.

This hotel has an old-school vibe, which gives it character. It's not a fancy place but it has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It's quiet, the rooms were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Each room has a mini-fridge, ceiling fan, iron/board, coffeemaker, bathrobes, and big TV. A/C blows icy cold. The large wall ceiling to...
