Best suited for a lengthy stay/business traveler/family - not romantic. Rooms are functional, not fancy, could use updating. Kitchen was fully appointed; regular fridge, cook top, microwave, dishes, and cookware. Pool area is in no way reminiscent of a resort. Exercise room is small but the few pieces of equipment are relatively new. There are 2 stories but no elevator,...

Thank you for providing your valuable feedback so that we may continue to improve the overall guest experience. As you mentioned, our spacious suites with full kitchens and separate living space provide a home-like environment which is a great fit for extended stay travelers or guests looking for more space and comfort than a standard hotel room. We regret to...

I'm a platinum for life Marriott member, and stay at Marriott properties 100+ nights each year. I always check tripadvisor for reviews before choosing a hotel, and because the reviews seemed positive I made a reservation at this property. That was a mistake. The property has a very "motel-ish" feel to it, made up of several separate buildings with a...

Thank you for your review and for your loyalty to Marriott. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the convenience of our central location and the value of our room rate but are deeply concerned that we did not deliver the overall experience that you expect from Marriott. Please know that we take your feedback very seriously and will address...

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed on this property. It is very well managed. Can't say enough good things about it. The rooms are clean, pool area is great and breakfast was awesome. Also very friendly staff. We will be back when in this area.

This is our second trip to this hotel and was easily our pick for the return stay. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have comfortable bedding and fluffy towels. We noticed hotel managers checking the rooms to ensure they met standards before allowing them to be checked out to guests. This hotel has the best hot breakfast included with the...

Convenient location. Quiet nights. Tremendous staff and attention to detail. Access to the Hilton Village (across the street) offers many options for strolling, shopping, and dining. We used our Reward Points to stay for two evenings and appreciated not having to drive anywhere to eat after a full day of activities (should you opt not to cook in your kitchen)....

We stayed here 2 nights after seeing family in the area. We used Rewards points and got a good return for our points. This RI is close to many restaurants & shopping. The breakfasts were above and beyond any we've had in past stays at Residence Inns. Staff was pleasant and very accomodating- we will return!

So, once a year I travel to Scottsdale/Paradise Valley for a conference held at a world famous resort. I usually stay at the resort, but the conference rate was too high this year.
