I don't know what else we could say that everyone else hasn't already mentioned. But I can confirm that the place is indeed fabulous. Perfect for a romantic getaway. We thought it was in a great location away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to everything. Sam and Irith were wonderful hosts with great stories that they share...

It was our first trip to Sedona and we wanted personalized attention and superb service. After several hours comparing B&B's and reading reviews we opted for Boots and Saddles. We are extremely pleased with our choice and can’t give the place anything less than an EXCELLENT rate! Sam is an incredible man, who is proud of his place and his...

This place is a must stay! We took the El Dorado Room and enjoyed the privacy for our Honeymoon of having our own private deck and hot tub. The room was very very well kept and the establishment goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to feel at home. The food was really amazing too - and they...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Boots and Saddles and would thoroughly recommend it . Sam and all the team were extremely helpful during our stay taking time out to tell us all about the area. All his dining recommendations were terrific. This is a lovely place to stay away from the commercial/touristy part of Sedona. A...

This place lives up to all of the positive reviews thus far received and even exceeds in many ways. We drove along the old Route 66 out to Arizona for our honeymoon and stayed in the Santa Fe room for the week. The room was very comfortable, fulfilled all of our needs for lodging, and was a great sanctuary at...

Our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast. It was delightful. The room was very comfortable, very clean. The staff were more than helpful. What ever we need as far as help with things to do places to go and things to see. They knew the best places to eat. The breakfast they served was outstanding. There is nothing I...

I have stayed in many B&Bs and inns over the years, and this B&B has set the standard. The innkeepers, Sam and Irith, have thought of everything, and I mean everything, you need to feel pampered and at home. The decor of the rooms is tasteful, the breakfast is delicious and filling, and the beds are so comfortable you may...

It rained all night long and we were comfy and cozy in our charming “City Slickers” suite. We loved everything about this B&B. Sam and Irith, the owners, were so welcoming and since we own a small hotel in Palm Springs, we were anxious to stay in the #1 rated B&B in Sedona. Having earned the #1 status on trip...

My wife & I booked a short vacation at Boots & Saddles B&B and my bottom line is similar to many others on this website = it exceeded expectations in almost every way! Great rooms, beautiful decor, great location and fantastic breakfasts (forget about lunches...you won't need them!). Your hosts, Sam and Irith, are gracious, entertaining, helpful and above all...
