This is actually the first time I've ever written a review for anything, but it's certainly warranted here because everything about this place is amazing. The room, the location, the staff and even the breakfasts were just incredible. I honestly can't imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else when they visit Sedona.

We stayed 3 nights with Sam and Irith during Spring Break season. As soon as we arrived, we were offered and eagerly accepted a thorough introduction to Sedona from Irith with a written map that she customized to our taste by asking about our interests and needs. Sam added his own version of this on our second morning, giving us...

Beautiful views, a nice private room with comfortable bed and linens, and a private hot tub. Breakfasts every morning to die for along w/ Irith, Sam and staff catering to our needs. They were also very informative about what to do and see. A great stay!

We stayed here as part of our US honeymoon road trip and it was our favourite place of the trip. Sedona is just something special and Sam and his wife were so helpful and informative with information that took us to places we would never have found. Breakfast was a home cooked feast and a great start to the day....

Secluded, great views of Sedona's Red Rocks and just about the best B&B hosts one can find! Sam and Irith go more than the extra mile to make your stay and visit to the area memorable and enjoyable. Sedona Views is comfortable, clean and an ideal place to call home while you explore the surrounding countryside. Sam and Irith will...

A truly great place to start and end your days in Sedona. It is quiet, friendly and away from the madding crowds. The only views from any of the rooms are red rock landscapes. Sam and Irith take a personal interest in each guest having the best experience in Sedona. Suggestions on things to see (or omit), with maps and...

I chose Sedona Views B+B based on the reviews here, and was not disappointed. Our room was spacious with a gas stove, private porch and hot tub (we were there for some beautiful cool weather, so the hot tub and stove were very welcome!), the breakfasts were beautiful to look at and to eat, and the hosts were lovely and...

We were in the Sunrise Sunset room and it was beautiful! Relaxing in the hot tub while overlooking the red rocks was just what we needed. The owners really do treat you like family! The breakfast was AMAZING, can't be beat!

After returning from hiking in the red rock areas we came back to our wonderful room, Sweet Dreams, sat out on our private deck and enjoyed the magnificent scenery, fluttering of birds and the delightful sound of the garden waterfall. We slept well in our spacious and very comfortable king size bed. In the mornings Sam and Irith treated us...

This Bed and Breakfast is just a wonderful find. It is conveniently located just outside of the 'Uptown" section of Sedona. It is very close, but separate from the bustle. The views are spectacular and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. Each room has its own hot tub which makes for a perfect ending to each day. The famous breakfasts...
