As straight laced east coast types, we typically rear backwards at the prospect of B & Bs, fearful that we might encounter a yahoo or one who would impose his or her idea of a good time on the tourist/guest. Not to fear with Milena and Mike, owner operators of Canyon Wren located in Oak Creek Canyon, in Sedona. These...

My boyfriend and I took our first trip together to the Canyon Wren Cabins. We wanted a relaxing get-away in the outdoors. And I really wanted to stay in a cute cabin! I have to admit, I had built up the perfect image of what I wanted in my mind. After a long hunt on the internet, we took a...

My husband and I made out first trip to the Sedona area and didn't want to stay in a cookie cutter hotel(noisy and loud) and came across the B&B. We also never stayed at a B&B. We were truly spoiled. It was as if we were staying with some of our closest friends. We were pampered from the time with...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Canyon Wren Cabins on our honeymoon. It was the perfect complement to the spa portion of our trip. My wife especially enjoyed the roaring fire we built in our 2 floor cabin, and the bird life attracted by the Owner outside the Continental breakfast room. The 6 mile drive to Sedona city...

A wise woman once said that the definition of hospitality is how a host treats strangers, and not just their friends... Immediately, upon arrival at Canyon Wren, we were made to feel as if we were old friends arriving home to two manifestations of this very definition in the form of Malena and Mike. This down-to-earth couple set the relaxed...

These 4 beautifully designed and lovingly maintained cabins provide a marvelous base from which to explore Sedona. After a wonderful breakfast of fruit and fresh baked pastries with gracious and knowledgeable hosts Mike and Milena each morning, we were well fortitude with food and hiking suggestions to begin the day. Returning each evening to our comfortable cabin and fireplace with...

Wow, wow, wow. We had a wonderful stay at these clean, cozy, and friendly cabins. We only had a couple days to enjoy a honeymoon, and we are so lucky that we stumbled across Canyon Wren. It was the perfect place for us to relax and unwind, but they also served as a great "base camp" for running around Sedona....

Very clean, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Wonderful place to bird-watch. Owners (Mike and Milena) are down- to -earth and pay attention to every single detail, making sure each client is happy and has what they need. Mike's home made brownies are out of this world! The spa tub was a welcomed site! We will stay there again in a...
